ILSC’s Leader in Training Program is a leadership development program for enthusiastic youth who want to become junior leaders. As a Leader in Training, you will shadow current Junior Program staff as they lead a variety of extracurricular activities in and around San Francisco.
Combine English language classes with exciting afternoon and weekend activities.
Learn counseling and leadership skills, how to plan and organize dynamic activities, and more with a week of morning in-class training.
Apply your new skills as you shadow ILSC activities leaders on dynamic activities.

ILSC’s ESL-High School Bridge program supports you with English language skills that will help you succeed in the Canadian high school education system. The course content is aligned with public school curriculum to help make your transition easier.

Combine ILSC’s ESL-High School Bridge program with Maple ridge’s High School Program. Begin taking ILSC’s ESL-High School Bridge program at the ILSC-Vancouver campus. When you’re ready, start your High School Program in the Maple ridge School district, and combine your studies with ILSC’s After-school ESL program (offered in Maple ridge) for continued English language support. You can add optional homestay to your program, and SD 42 offers ongoing support during your High School Program.
