RecommendationsUtilities should offer and promote time-variant electricity rates.ICC and EVAC should monitor early EV charging behavior and determine whether additional policies are needed to encourage off-peak and renewable energy use for EVs.Make available and incentivize renewable energy for EVs.Ensure that renewable energy in batteries qualifies for net-metering.84.
