The team has been researching the issues facing education among Indian youth and has spent 50 man years of research on building a
new paradigm of learning among young adults that is relevant, flexible to individualized learning styles and barriers and also
scalable in India’s dynamics. This new model is called FLAYA- Facilitative Learning Among Young Adults.

The category of young adults is humongous and widespread and the large gap in what is required from human resources and what is available may make our robust economy lose its competitive advantage sooner than it looks.
ILI is an answer to such a clarion call. We have taken it upon ourselves to bridge the huge gap in ASK (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) among young adults and have come out with a novel model called FLAYA (Facilitative Learning Among Young Adults). FLAYA is the corner stone around which all learning programs are based and delivered to various learner segments.
