IKEA SHOPPING SERVICE This service is offered to subscribers in Penang by Spiral Synergy Sdn Bhd. It is not part of Ikea nor endorsed by Ikea in any way. How to Order: Go to www.ikea.com.my to browse the current Ikea catalogue. You can search by product type or item number. If you find an item that you would like to order, just click the “Save to List” button and select the number of pieces that you require. To view your list, click on “My Shopping List” at the upper right hand corner of the page. You can add extra items or remove items if you decide you no longer want them. You can also see whether the item is likely to be in stock though the situation can change at any time. Even if the item shows as “Not in stock”, you can leave it on your list and we will check in store for you. Occasionally Ikea change the catalogue numbers so that items show as out of stock when in fact they are in stock! Once you are satisfied with your list, select the “Email list” option and send it to us at [email protected] with your contact number, the delivery address and any message. We will acknowledge that we have received the list and advise the next shopping date. You may also like to print or email yourself a copy of the list for your records. Please do not list out the item numbers in an email unless you have only 1 or 2 items - please use the My Shopping List option. You do not have to register or log in to generate a shopping list, though the list will not be saved for later unless you do register with Ikea. We will collect the item as agreed. Please make sure we have a contact number so that we can call you from the store in the event of a query. Where an item has several parts, we will not buy any of the parts unless they are all available without prior discussion with you. Please note that we do not offer a return policy unless we have picked up the wrong item number by mistake in which case we will endeavour to rectify the situation within two weeks. Transport & Handling Charges Our normal charge is 20% of the value of the order - based on the items actually delivered and subject to a minimum charge of RM50. For large or heavy items (over 20kg), there will be a RM60 surcharge as we need additional manpower at both ends to handle the items. For 5 or fewer items with a combined order value of less than RM100, we will charge a flat rate of RM25 for transportation & handling. We will deliver furniture items to your door and for smaller items, we will arrange a convenient time & place for collection. Payment Please be prepared to pay for the items on delivery. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We may request a deposit in the case of large orders. An invoice can be provided. If an invoice is required, please let us know before delivery. How to Order:

Go to www.ikea.com.my to browse the current Ikea catalogue.

You can search by product type or item number.
