MISSION We, at ATSS’s CBSCA regard our mission to develop competent

professionals and entrepreneurs, capable of withstanding and

managing the ever-changing scenario in the world of Information

Technology and a deep-rooted sense of social responsibility

An orientation program for Second year and Third year

BBA, BCA and BSC(CS) was conducted on 16th June

2014. Students were welcomed by Dr.Aruna Deoskar,

Principal CBSCA and respective course coordinators.

A formal induction program for First year was organized

on 5th July 2016 in presence of Academicians and Industry

representatives. First Year Induction program for BBA,

BBA-CA and BSC(CS) batch 2014-2017 was conducted

on 5th July. 2014. New entrants were welcomed by

Dr.Aruna Deoskar, Principal CBSCA. Dr. Ashwini

kulkarni Executive Director & Trust board member, and

Dr.Abhay kulkarni Director IICMR college and

Dr.Deepali Sawai Trust member as guest of honor had

graced the occasion. Students were enlightened on

importance of professional courses from Industry and

University view point respectively.

Blood Donation Camp Under SP Pune University NSS unit of ATSS CBSCA

college blood donation camp was organized on 13th Aug

2014. Around 200 staff and students had shown their

interest for the blood donation camp. Total 90 eligible

donors have donated their blood towards contribution to

social cause.

Industrial Visit 1. Industrial Visit to Volkswagen was arranged on 17th

Dec 2014. To acquaint the students with actual

corporate . Total 60 Students were accompanied by 4

faculties.

2. An Industrial visit to Wipro was arranged for

SYBBA, SYBCA, TYBBA students and 2 faculties

on 31st Aug, 2014.

3. An Industrial visit to O’Brillo, Wakad for BBA

students and Dr.Dipti Sharma and Prof. Dinesh lahori

was arranged on 23rd Aug 2014.

4. An Industrial visit to Oxyrich water plant was

arranged on 18th Dec 2014.

5. An Industrial Visit to Infosys phase-II, Hinjewadi was

arranged for BCA & BCS students and Prof.

Library Day Celebration ATSS CBSCA celebrated ‘library day’ on 12th Aug 2014

to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. S. R. Ranganathan,

‘Father of Library Science’. The event was coordinated

by ATSS CBSCA librarian Mrs. Asha More and

sponsored by ATSS CBSCA.

Book Exhibition Staff & Students ATSS college had organized a book fair on 11th, 12th and

13th August 2014 on the occasion of library day

celebration under the coordination of Mrs. Asha More,

librarian, CBSCA college. Akshardhara book agency with

Other Suppliers arranged the Book Exhibition. Many

general books displayed during the exhibition.

Fresher’s Party Fresher’s party for new comers batch 2014-2017 was

organized on 18th July 2014. Several games and cultural

programs were organized by ARKO students for fresher’s.

Green Ganesh Festival at CBSCA

ATSS CBSCA celebrated eco-friendly Ganeshotsav from

29th Aug. to 2nd Sept.2014. Students decorated the stage

using pollution free items.

Teacher’s Day Celebration in ATSS ATSS students celebrated teachers’ day on the occasion of

birth anniversary of Shri. RadhaKrishnan. Students

arranged some games for faculties on 5th Sept 2014. The

entire ATSS family appreciated their efforts.

Independence day and Republic Day Celebration

in ATSS CBSCA To inculcate Nation values among students, college

encourages student to celebrate Independence day and

Republic day in college campus. Under the guidance of

NSS coordinator, various street play and cultural

programs related to Freedom fighters are organized as a

part of celebration. ATSS Trust chairman Mr. Manohar

Jambhekar and Board members took active participation

for the celebration.

India for International conference on Innovation in

Engineering &Technology held in Bangkok, Thailand

in Nov 2014.

Dr. Aruna Deoskar delivered a session on “Impact of

Innovation in Teaching Learning Process” in

Bangkok.

Dr. Aruna Deoskar was Chaired the International

conference INCON 2015 in India.

Prof. Vikas Tayade published Book on “Software

Engineering” by Nirali Publication.

Students Achievements (2014-15)

2 projects from ATSS CBSCA were shortlisted

among top five(out of 250 affiliated UG colleges) at

Avishkar 2014-15 SPPU University level research

project competition.

SYBCS students team was selected by for

representing SPPU University for Final round at

Nagpur University on “60 Watt DC powered Iron

Box” project.

Mr.Pradeep and Ms.Mayura Dalvi, TYBBA students

won Business Odyssy 2014 was organized by

Commerce & Research dept. SPPU.

Ms.Kshitija Raut secured Bronze medal in “Aerobic

Gymnastic” at state level competition.
