|IIBM Dispatch of Study MaterialThe institute will start dispatching study materials semester-wise within 25 days after the

enrollment of the student. Students who are in the arrears of the payment will not be eligible to getthe study materials in time. Any student who does not receive the study material must contact the

institute at the earliest. Additional courier charge would be applicable for all the students enrolling outside India. An

additional amount of Rs. 8,000/-per semester is applicable for all such candidates.

|IIBM Lateral Entry System• Subject Transfer System is a system that allows the candidate to opt another Program from

IIBM and for those earlier studied subjects gets exempted.

• The basic objective of Subject Transfer System is to encourage students to continuelearning during their Career span. IIBM offers number of Programs for gaining more knowledgeto the learner

• Students pursuing the lower level Program and wish to pursue higher level Program fromIIBM, then the subjects studied in the earlier program would be exempted.

Important: The Certificate provided to the Students would not be mentioning that they haveopted for Fast track Program. So, that would lead the candidate to achieve the status of theoriginal course they have taken admission into.

|IIBM Examination & Examination MethodsExaminationpapers will be sent to the students, semester wise, for all the studies which have to

completed as directed by the institute and should be returned for assessment within the prescribed time. Marks of each examination will be considered while issuing the marks list and

and passing certificate.Students can learn without putting additional stress of giving 3 hours class room Examination.

For that, IIBM offer s the Open Book Examination and providing three different modes for conducting exams to the Students:

1) Postal Based Examination- For such Students, institute has provision to send questionpapers through post. These are to be completed/answered and the response sheetsshould be returned to the institute within the given time.

2) Email Based Examination- For such Students, institute send the question papers throughe-mail. The candidates are required to submit the answers within the prescribed limit tothe institute through e-mail.

3)Centre Based Examination-

Examinations of all courses is normally held at MeerutCenter. In such a case, the students will not be allowed to refer the study material in theexamination,

|IIBM Examination Fee An examination fee of Rs. 250/- for each paper has to be remitted, by DD drawn in favor of IIBM

Institute of Business Management payable at New Delhi/Meerut when intimated. Studentswho fail in a paper(s) must reappear for the failed paper(s), in the subsequent examination byremitting an amount of Rs. 250/- for each paper.

|IIBM Examination ResultExamination results will be published within 45 days from the last examination's date.

|IIBM Examination Passing CriteriaThe passing certificate with grades and the marks list will be sent to the students after obtainingoverall pass in the examination.Minimum Marks to pass in each paper : 45%Minimum Marks to pass overall (Aggregate) : 50%
