1 Preliminary
This document describes the installation and usage of the iHealth devices, for integration in the SCP platform.
For this manual, the following devices of iHealthLabs are being used:
- iHealth Lina (HS2) Wirelsess Scale - iHealth Air, Smart Pulse Oximeter - iHealth Track, Smart Blood Pressure Monitor - iHealth Gluco, Wireless Smart Gluco-Monitoring System
1.1 Requirements To be able to use the iHealth products the following requirements are mandatory;
- Email Address o Used to register and login on the ihealthlabs website
- Smart phone/Tablet with Bluetooth connection - IHealth my vitals - iHealth Gluco Smart
In case the measurements are being monitored by doctors, physicians etc., each user must have an iHealthLabs account.
To register or login in the iHealthlabs cloud open the following website:
https://cloud.ihealthlabs.eu for Europe residence and https://cloud.ihealthlabs.com for residences outside Europe
For this example a user in the Netherlands will be used.

2 Register at iHealthlabs
Open an internet browser and type the following link:
https://cloud.ihealthlabs.eu
On the website click on “Create Account”
Select Country of residence

Click on OK to continue.
Click on OK and open the email program to activate the account
Click on “here” to activate the account. The login website will be opened.
Enter the following credentials:
- Email Address - First Name - Sur Name - Password - Confirm Password
Enable checkbox “I agree to the iHealth…”
The following checkbox for receiving iHealth newsletter is optional.
Click on “Create Account”

3 Login at iHealthlabs
Enter email and password and click on Validate, an email with confirmation code is sent.
Enter the validation code and click on Validate.

On the opening page, enter the required information as requested.
The data which will be collected can be share with medical personnel like doctors, physicians etc. as explained in chapter 1. These users must also have an iHealth Labs account.
When done click on “Start using iHealth Cloud”

4 Installing the app
To be able to use the wireless devices, an APP must be installed on a mobile phone or tablet with IOS or Android operating system and a Bluetooth connection.
Android:
Apple IOS:
Download and open the app. When the APP ask to send messages, please allow.
Turn all categories on.
Click on Allow
Slide through the slides and click on ”Start your healthy journey”

Enter Email address and password, click on : Log In”. Then enter the security code received by email and click on “Validate”.
4.1 Add iHealth Lina (HS2) Wirelsess Scale The iHealth Lina (HS2) Wirelsess Scale is being used to write this manual. iHealth has many different scales, so make sure the correct scale is being selected.
Click on to add new device. Click on “Select new Device” “Select Scales and select Lina (HS2)

Click on Next Press the scale and click on the Serial

4.2 Add iHealth Air, Smart Pulse Oximeter
Click on Select new device Click on Pulse Oximeter check “don’t show again” and click OK
Con the found device Measurement starts as soon as the finger is placed in oximeter

4.3 iHealth Track, Smart Blood Pressure Monitor
Click on Select New device Add the Track Blood Pressure Click on the Bluetooth button

The Blood pressure device, stores the measuring in the Track device itself, this has to be synced with the app manually

5 iHealth Gluco
iHealth Gluco is the glucose monitor for diabetic. This device uses an own app called “iHealth Gluco-Smart”. This can be downloaded from the App or Play store.
Open the app and login Enter email and password Turn all categories on
Select strip model and save Click on Get Started Click on Add a new gluco meter

Select the correct meter Click on Setup now Turn on Meter
Go to the Bluetooth settings of the phone and pair the Glucometer. The measurements can start. As like the Blood pressure meter, the measurements are stored in the device, until downloaded on the phone.

6 iHealthlabs Website
As described in chapter 1, other people can have access to other people’s health measurements. They need to have an active ihealth account, but do not require to have active devices.
Login onto the website and request access to a participant’s Health information:
Click on Add
Enter the email address of the patient and click on send.
When connected, the new patient will be added to the list
Select the patient, to see the data
