This guide will give you a page by page how to for completing your notes. If at any time you get locked out, do not know what to do, keep getting notes returned or just need help; call the office.

Things to remember:
1. Always do your note when you are at the client’s home. 2. Once submitted if the notes gets returned the right side of the note will turn orange to tell you that
something is wrong in that section. Please correct the section and resign your care note. 3. Log out
