IGC current labour rates

The recommended minimum hourly labour rate for IGC customers who are trading directly with

the IGC garage partner member is £48 per hour. Oil charged at £7 per litre and parts at

manufacturers recommended retail. (Please note that all prices may be negotiable relating to

specific customer volume business which will be agreed upon by the IGC executive partner

committee).

Labour £48 per hour (min). Oil £7 per litre Parts at Retail.

The current hourly labour rate for IGC customers operating on central and/or self billing systems

(typically fleet management and leasing companies) is £45 per hour. Oil charged at £5.50per litre

and parts up to a maximum of 20% discount off the manufacturers recommended retail. (Please

note that all prices may be negotiable relating to specific customer volume business which will be

agreed upon by the IGC executive partner committee).

IGC have a co-partner customer FSGB (Fleet Service Great Britain Ltd) who are a fleet

management company operating a national price promise (NPP) structure which maintains a

fixed price based on agreed rates for all servicing and repair work which carries the NPP fixed

price. The NPP is reviewed and set in January of each year and is non negotiable.
