Executive Summary

This study is the outcome of the research of a research conducted for

exploring the Customer Attitude toward the Service provided by IFIC

Bank Limited. In the growing financial sectors and economy of

Bangladesh, private commercial banks have now as important players

in meeting the diverse financial needs of various sectors and sub

sectors. IFIC Bank Ltd.-International Financial Investment Commercial

Bank Limited is the private commercial bank in Bangladesh that start it

journey at 1976 as a joint venture between the government of

Bangladesh and sponsor of private sector. They focus their objectives

is to working as a financial company within the country, committed to

the welfare and economic prosperity of the people and the community.

This research consist of six chapter, those are: 1.O ntroduction, 2.

Organizational Part, 3.Findings and analysis part, (4)

Recommendations, (5) Conclusion and (6) Appendix.

The first chapter describes the background of the study, objectives,

scope, rational, limitations and Methodology of the study. This research

was limited to Uttara, Bhanmondy and Gulshan branches. First chapter

includes the preparatory part.

Second chapter includes different information about IFIC Bank Ltd.

Their corporate information etc. on the other hand third chapter

includes findings of the research.

The Fourth chapter provides recommendation of the study. Conclusion

given on fifth chapter at last Appendix includes questionnaire,
