Subject: Ifa Sanat Gharb Co.With reference to the article 3 of regulations, first section of the article 26 about holding tenders regulations, regarding the letter 65/104263/8000 on 2017-01-30 from Niroo Research Institute for sending the evaluation results of the smart water meter (classical electro-magnetic) manufactured by Ifa Sanat Gharb Co., applicable to diesel and electrical wells, and success in supplementary tests with information mentioned in this letter, and the letter 950845 on 2017-02-11 from the credible inspector of Water Resource Management Company for applying quality control plan (QC Plan), and doing current manufacturing experiments, herein it is announced that regional water companies are allowed to start installing the product.In addition, aforementioned company must follow instructions bellow and the regional water companies must obtain necessary commitments from the meter manufacturing company.1. Meter manufacturing company is not allowed to change the design, separable parts, and the quality of raw materials. In the case of any changes, the manufacturer must pass all steps of testing process based on production standards for the product which appears to be a new product. The supplier company is responsible for any probable damage as a result of mentioned matters and providing products which have been changed withoutannouncement.2. 2 years after the date of this letter, or according to national and international standards, and necessities of Ministry of Energy, if doing any new tests is necessarily required, meter manufacturer must appeal for new tests and qualifications.3. Since security of the production environment and transfer and delivery of theinformation of the smart meters are in progress by employer and the credible consultant, themanufacturing company must provide and install mentioned necessary itemsincluding credit cards, sim cards and SAM cards (Secure Access Module).Applying these factors is without any charge, and any changes in hardware of the meters.
