• Multivitamins are a great way to supplement vitamins and minerals when you just aren’t able to get enough. But don’t totally replace the fruits with vitamins.

the systems in your body working normally.
Fruits and Vegetables vs. Multivitamins
• All in all, vitamins do contain many different vitamin, but if you eat a wide range of colors in your fruits and veggies, you can get them all.
• Research shows that daily multivitamin use won’t stop you from getting cancer or heart disease.
• Because of the antioxidants and licopeen in fruits and vegetables, they can help prevent cancer and heart disease
