There were 25 motor vehicle stops, and two reports of loose cows.

in a bill he received on Sept. 29, for a service he did not purchase. A copy of this letter was sent to the deputy and officers.
1234 A St. Marie male spoke with dispatch about threats he had received from another male and he filled out a statement.
1302 A female reported that she was northbound when four to five semis hauling stock trailers passed her headed southbound. She believed they were going at such a high rate of speed that they almost blew her off the road and the hood of her jeep almost blew up/off. She was willing to write out a statement if needed. A deputy and MHP were made aware of this complaint.
1516 A St. Marie male has a power line on his roof. No spark-ing. Dispatch notified NorthWest-ern Energy.
1549 A Glasgow male reported that two dogs just went after a male in his driveway. One dog was black and the other was a bull dog. An officer knew who the dog’s owner was and said he already spoke with him and he will get a citation in the next couple of days.
1607 A Glasgow caller re-ported that a female was driving recklessly and going all over the road. The caller also said the driver doesn’t have a driver’s license. She had turned off somewhere near Holiday. The caller didn’t want to sign a complaint.
1700 A Valley County female reported that a male had a white pickup with something yellow on the back parked on the road to the Middle School. An officer said that would be in the county on Ayr St. A deputy was notified. He was unable to locate the vehicle.
1724 A Valley County male wanted to speak with an officer about someone stealing 350 gal-lons of fuel. He noticed this about three to four days ago. He was patched up with an officer and he will write a statement.
1847 A Valley County male called about a rail crossing mal-function. BNSF has someone on the way to take care of it, but it will take them about two hours to get there because of a snow storm.
Tuesday, Oct. 3, 20170214 A Frazer female reported
a black male was pounding on her door. He lived with them at one point, but they threw him out when they found he was using meth. She also said he had been going into people’s houses taking food. A deputy and Roosevelt County were notified.
0854 An officer reported an abandoned vehicle off the road-way in Valley County. He tried to reach the registered owner, but
there was no answer. Later, the officer spoke with the owner who said the vehicle had stalled on him and he would get it moved today if possible and definitely by tomorrow.
1003 An officer reported a traffic light out at 6th St. S and 2nd Ave. S. The power was out at the time. Another officer reported the traffic light was also out at 4th St. and US 2. The power was restored and the officer reported the traffic lights were back on at US 2 and 4th St. S.
1008A Glasgow female stated the alarm went off at the Deten-tion Center and that the alarm did reset. The power went out at 9:50, sounding the main fire alarm at dispatch.
1051 A power outage was reported at least on the south side of Glasgow but possibly up to Hwy. 2. The power was also out in Nashua. The fire alarm sounded at dispatch and they were able to reset it. Half of dispatch was completely without power as was the jail due to their generator be-ing out.
