• The first person stamps with the right foot 4times with the heel on the ground,

in a sitting position on a chair.

• The other person repeats the same thing.

• After that both stamp 4 times together.

• Then both stamp right, left, right, left, right, left, right,

left.

• Then both take out there feet to the side and the knees towards each

other.

• And then put your feet and knees together in a sitting position.

• Then the right foot goes forward and stops on the heel and the left foot goes back and lands on the

toes.

• In the next position you go down on your left knee.

• Then you spin up to the right so you are standing straight
