HOW MIGHT WE

help people find

jobs

Create more jobs than job-seekers

Phase off money as a currency of

exchange

Let finding the job of choice be made as fundamental right

Limit job tenure as maximum 1 year, that

will allow many people same job in rotation

Let all jobs be made rotational. Everybody should do everything.

Finish-off hierarchical system.

Everybody in organization is

equal

Government should pay start-up fund to all college pass outs

Let people buy jobs of their choice from

job market

No employer can refuse work to job

seeker

Let people pay companies for

allowing them to work

Why work?

The Most Practical Idea

Create a professional social network of employed and job seekers to exchange information

The social network of Employed and Job seekers would be

a good idea because today’s employed were yesterdays

job-seeker and today’s job seekers will be tomorrow’s

employed.

The exchange of information will be a great way for

job-seekers to identify and find the job of their choice.

The Most Disruptive Idea

Separate jobs from compensation. Salary should be based on needs not performance

The core of the problem is mismatch between job content

and remuneration. The separation of these two element will

disrupt the job eco-system. In that circumstance people will

start to do the job of their choice without worrying about the

compensation system. The world will be different place, if

not better.

My Favorite Idea

Let people do two jobs. One to earn a living and one for self actualization

Such a situation will allow people to earn their living as well

as realize their inner self. Many people want to pursue a

hobby, profession, career that is not financially rewarding.

Such people should be allowed to pursue additional

career, besides job for compensation, to follow their

dreams.
