Let's change :Context: desmotivation in the career.

Description: Every goes to class but in´st go well to everybody. That produced a kind of desmotivation in the student, and the student low his academic permance even more. Is a bad cycle.

The motivation does not occur just by getting bad grades. If will start practices early in a progressive or the student know it safely in to work later. As the area of your interest will put more effort to make the race experience and will serve for the subsequent job search.
