EXHIBIT PACKAGEEach purchased booth will include 2 exhibit full personnel registrations (per 10’x10’ booth space), who are employees of the exhibiting company, to attend all professional program meetings and exhibit hall functions*. If additional exhibit booth personnel are needed, additional fees will be charged to attend the events.

Your company’s listing in the Show Guide and on the convention website includes company name; address; telephone; website address and email address.

A special event on Wednesday evening, February 11th is planned for all convention attendees and exhibitor staff who wish to attend. Attendance to this event is included in your exhibit booth registration fees. It should be a fun, casual atmosphere to continue networking with your colleagues and convention attendees. And the best part is attendance is free for all registered exhibitor personnel!

* Full exhibitor registration also includes access to Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, Exhibit Hall events and Wednesday evening’s Mardi Gras event.
