Project Overview: To conceptualize a new look and feel for ID Lubricants’ website, which is currently at the URL www.idlube.com, and appears to have over 20 currently designed and linked pages. If approved and/or appropriate, this project may also include development of a Site Map, writing all site content, proposing imagery, and/or continued consulting services with Westridge Management, web development team and/or other project managers until the new ID website is complete.

PHASE 1 DELIVERABLES New Website Concept This phase will include designing 3 pages, which will include “Home”, “About Us” and 1 product page for “ID Millennium”. It will also include providing URL’s to 5 well designed, existing websites, which may or may not be in the “Lubricant” industry. Through a combination of ‘capture screen’ images and written descriptions of how various looks or features could be applied, concepts for what could become the new ID website will be presented. Approximate Time Required: 30 Hours (8 hours per page layout, 6 hours for research and written/visual development of other existing websites). Cost to Complete Phase 1: $1500.00 (To be paid in 2 installments, one payment after 2 page layouts are complete, one payment upon completion of remaining page layout and URL examples with written descriptions and visuals are complete). Estimated Dates of Completion (providing quick approval of this proposal):

• 2 Page Layouts: Wednesday, March 12 • 1 Page layout & URL Written/Visual Description: Friday, March 14 - Monday, March 17

PHASE 2 DELIVERABLES Site Map Development This phase will include the development of a site map for the new ID website, which will indicate what pages will be included within the website, as well as how they will be linked to one another. A combination of flowcharts and/or written descriptions will be used to achieve this project. Recommendations Approximate Time Required: 15 Hours

PHASE 3 DELIVERABLES Site Copy Development This phase will include the development of Excel and/or Word documents that will provide concise written copy for all pages approved from the Site Map developed in Phase 2. Approximate Time Required: Undetermined

PHASE 4 DELIVERABLES Imagery Selection & Style This phase will include samples of sensual imagery that would complement the look and feel of the new ID website, as well as where and when this imagery should be used. Also included will be indications and/or recommendations for how such imagery could be obtained and estimated costs, respectively. Approximate Time Required: Undetermined


PHASE 5 DELIVERABLES Wed Development – Progressive Consultation This phase will include periodic consultations with appointed web development team that will ensuring the integrity of the proposed and intended look, feel, functionality and direction of the new ID website. Written evaluations and directions will be provided to both Westridge Management and web development team periodically (i.e. upon page or sectional developments are completed).
