I’d love to help you You’re receiving this because at some point you have signed up to my blog ‘Pinch of Thought’ or met me in the flesh. I hope you’ve got some insight/value and laughs from my work. If you have liked what you’ve read and want to go deeper, read on. Work with me I am looking for the next round of people to ‘grow’. That’s what I do. I help clever people to succeed in this brave new world where the old ‘rules’ have been smashed into irrelevance. I help you to become the best possible version of who you can be. If you think that sounds fluffy, let me be clear. I am 100% commercially-focused. When you work with me, you will make more money. If you are an employee, we’ll make your next promotion a shoe-in. If you run your own show, we’ll grow both income and margin. But there is a lot more to success than money. In fact, to ‘make it’ today, we have to develop in so many other ways. Being good at what we do is no longer enough. It probably used to be, but now merely gets us to the start. My job is to help you to navigate your personal growth journey. It’s all about change. Working with me will help you to become crystal clear on what you want and how to get there. How it works I mentor my clients 1-1. We will meet every 2 weeks. I will inspire, enable and resource you to achieve great things. I will connect you with ideas, tools and people who will accelerate your growth. I will also irritate you and hold you to account. It’s the crucible of change. I call it ‘hard fun’). Getting started The first step is for us to have an exploratory conversation to see if there is fit (both ways!). There’s no charge and no commitment. If you are serious about you, this is a no-brainer investment of your time. If you want to go ahead, that’s great. If not, I know that you’ll leave the call in some way enriched. Just contact my Business Manager, the brilliant Kathryn Wayland at [email protected] and we’ll fix up a time. I look forward to hearing from you.
