Assess individual students and validate that he/she has sufficient background knowledge and is capable of learning the materials to be covered in this Semester.

If a student demonstrates lack of significant background knowledge and is deemed incapable of continuing in the current grade, he/she should be referred to the Registrar with a recommendation to re-assign to a different Level.
