On realizing that Vietnamese students have not had many chances to

discover and develop their potential for future use, AIESEC VIETNAMintroduces iChange project.

The “iChange” Project, with the participation of  international students

coming from many countries and regions in the world, is expected to create

opportunities for high school students to exchange culture and knowledge

with foreign friends and high school students. iChange project aims to help

students to develop skills as well as necessary competencies so that they will

become agents of a positive change on the society.

Objectives:

How do we do it ?

iSee  – Global Village is the first step of iChange project aiming at equipping

students with 3 necessary skills: Global Mindset, Proactive Learning and Social

Responsibility. It is designed in such a way to give students a chance to enjoy

an international environment and hence, ignite their interest in other cultures

and network expansion. Also, it contributes to an increase in students’

awareness of world issues, helps them understand the current global picture

and realize their undeniable role in brightening the situation.

Global Village is a combination between booth visit and stage performance.

Each booth will either present a country or a project currently run by AIESEC

in Vietnam.

Students can visit the booths while enjoying the amazing and colorful

performance on stage.

Global Mindset WorkshopThis workshop provides general knowledge about culture differences , especially

differences in working styles. Workshop includes Case Study which requires

students to think and then act to resolve conflict when working in a group with

people with varied background and opinions.

The workshop expects to give students practical knowledge in terms of working in

multi – cultural environment as well as adapting to new living condition.

iLearn  – Workshops is the second step of iChange Project which focuses on giving

students theoretical but practical knowledge about Culture differences as well as

Social issues. Joining iLearn, students can get certain information on how to adapt

when going abroad and have a chance to actually devote their ideas to solve

Vietnam’s current issues.

iLearn will include 2 Workshops: Global Mindset and Social Responsibility

Workshop. Each workshop will last for 3 hours with the attendances of 40 - 70

students

This workshop focuses on showing students their responsibility towards social

issues. It includes sharing from Interns coming from developed countries about

how they solve their social problems as well as case study for students to discuss

and present their ideas.

The workshop includes interactive activities such as Music Performance, Interns’

Drama or Q&A so that students will not feel bore when getting theoretical

knowledge.

iDo – Mini Camp

Camp, the last festival of three continuous

events under iChange project, is organized to

highly develop Global Mindset, Social

Responsibility and Proactive Learning skills

among students.

Camp offers students a great number of grand

opportunities to sharpen their skills, learn new

things and especially live their lives in an

overjoyed atmosphere of a truly festival

throughout camping activities.

This event is also an international environment

for students to learn and play with Interns from

many countries all over the world. It will help

students to improve multicultural knowledge

and self-awareness about social issues.

Objectives:

“iDo” Camp includes many activities from

Workshops to Outdoor Activities. The

activities are designed by interns from over8 countries around the world.

“iDo” Camp is a great chance for students

to actually do what they have seen and

learnt from the previous Global Village and

Workshops.
