CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES:All original certificates like Degree Marks Memos and Pass Certificate,Intermediate Marks Memo, S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, IX to DegreeStudy Certificate, Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2010 and Caste Certificateissued by competent authority.Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:PH-Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% andabove disability are only eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik WelfareOfficer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Service Discharge book forverification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. are only eligible to

be considered under CAP Category. NCC & Sports- To produce OriginalCertificates issued by competent authorities. Minorities: SSC TC containingMinority Status or Certificate from the Head Master. Anglo-Indian: A Certificateissued by RDO/Asst. Collector of their place of Residence.

Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification): 1. Processing Fee:Rs.600/- (OC/BC), Rs.300/-(SC/ST). 2. Tuition fee to be paid (AfterAllotment): University: MBA-Rs. 10,000/-, MCA- Rs. 12,500/- , Private & SelfFinanced (MBA & MCA)-Rs.27000/- per annum. However all candidates whoseparental income is up to Rs. 1 lakh per annum from all sources are exempted frompayment of Tuition fee subject to fulfillment of conditions as stipulated by theGovt., from time to time.

CENTRALISED CERTIFICATE VERIFICATIONCertificate verification for PH, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games and Anglo-Indiancategory candidates will be held at Sankethika Vidya Bhavan, Masabtank,Hyderabad only as per the schedule given below at 9.00 AM on every day.

*PH - (V)-Visually Handicapped, (H)-Hearing impaired (O) -Orthopedicallyhandicapped, NCC- National Cadet Corps; Sports- Sports & Games; CAP- Children ofArmed forces Personnel. It is informed that other certificates of these candidateswill also be verified on the dates mentioned above along with SpecialReservation category Certificates.

ALLOTMENT:1) Allotments will be placed in Website http://apicet.nic.in on 01.09.2010 after06.00 PM. 2) Enter the ICR Form Number, Hall Ticket number, Password and dateof birth in Candidate Login. 3) Download the allotment order and read theinstructions printed and also download challan form for payment of fee. 4) Paythe fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra Bank/Indian Bank. 5) Report to theallotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order. 6) Failure to report

in the allotted college by the date stipulated will automatically result incancellation of seat and candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.
