Iceland’s only bonspiel

• Open bonspiel (any four curlers)

• Individual entries are welcomed by the committee

We will help you find a team if you need one We will help you find a player if you are short

• Minimum four games guaranteed, extra game for top teams

• Entry fee is 200 Euros

(Appr. 250 USD) Includes curling, some extra activities and final dinner party for four players

• Registration deadline: April 13, 2015

• Opening party: Wednesday night • Practice: Thursday morning • Games: Thursday afternoon, all Friday and Saturday morning • Final Games: Saturday afternoon • Final dinner party: Saturday night, May 3 • Other activities on Thursday and Friday night (tba)

• Possibly some extra activity on Thursday morning, not included in fee (tba)

• Accommodation

There are lots of accommodation possibilities, in town and just outside town; hotels, hostels, guesthouses, cottages etc. Information for example on www.visitakureyri.is. We will assist you in your search if you need.

• Number of teams Who knows? Until now we have had from 10 to 20 teams each year. We simply adopt our system of play to the number of teams we have. Hopeflully 16 teams, but no worries...

There is a Flybus (www.re.is) departure from the airport for all arriving flights appr. 30-40 minutes after each arrival.
