The The five successive distillations make possible to maximize theconcentration and the fineness of the aromas. They participate in the superpremium quality of the product

At the end of the distillation, the product should be reduced to 40 ° with theaddition of water whose quality and purity will promote the preservation ofthe initial characteristics. We have selected an extremely pure spring water,filtered naturally during a millenary process, by the sedimentary limestonelayers of the “Grande Champagne” soils, in the heart of the Cognac region.We have reduced our “fresh” vodka, delicately and meticulously, in severalstages, in order to respect the floral notes resulting from the formation of theesters.

The result of the distillation naturally contains “impurities” that have an impacton taste and smell. Filtration is not essential, but it still adds authenticity andquality to the final product. Repeating the process 5 times makes Ice OneBaron one of the purest vodka on the market, round, elegant, rich andpowerful.
