icXchange Management – A different way to leverage the cloud

icXcloud and icXmanager were built on a philosophy of partnership:The ICC White-Glove Service Partner Programs, within which lies the icXcloud architecture, are designed to ensure certified partners are empowered with tools and products that enable business growth and expansion into new technologies while respecting each of our partners’ business models and individual paths for success.

A Tenant Solution:ICC’s cloud system was designed with the ICC channel partner in mind. All aspects of the set up, tracking, customer engagement, and other details are structured for use by our channel.

An Integration Tool:Designed for use by our channel, the cloud solution is flexible enough to allow Location Services, Presence, and Analytics as well as open partners up to device management and integration opportunities for large deployments.

Monitor icXchange wired and wireless connectivity solutionDiscover and monitor the ICC’s wired and wireless networks. Review performance problems, see dynamic wireless maps with client data, access points, and wireless LAN controllers. Address trends with historical reports on access point subscription, signal strength, and hardware health.

Control your IT inventory with Layer 2/3 discoveryDiscover icXchange IP data networking assets in the network with icXmanager’s powerful Layer 2/3 discovery. Eliminate time consuming manual inventories while being able to adhere to reporting requirements for PCI compliance and other agencies. Reports can be conducted based on your network assets, H/W modules, warranty status and more.

Stay ahead of network problems with Smart AlertsReceive threshold-based alerts and fix performance problems before they impact your users, applications, and the business. Create notification policies to standardize escalation procedures. Apply blackout policies so you don’t get alerted during off-business hours.

Reporting/Analytics

Analytics is a smart comparison tool through which it is possible to retrieve a lot of information about the behavior of your end-users visiting the Splash Portal. – Data is arranged in smart and easy-to-use dashboards allowing a quick access to the desired

information. – Data is processed at the end of each day: for this reason, this section cannot report data of the

current day.– The Tenant is able to see data about all Wi-Fi Areas and Hotspots, or choose a particular Wi-Fi Area

or a particular Hotspot of a Wi-Fi Area.

It is possible to view data about the following categories:– Users– Online– Internet– Splash Portal– People

When the appropriate applications are enabled, also the following categories are available:– Presence– Social Analytics
