The Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) contained in these Annexes are applied universally and have produced a degree of technical uniformity which has enabled international civil aviation to develop in a safe, orderly and efficient manner. All ICAO Annexes are the responsibility of the ICAO Air navigation commission, except Annex 9 is the responsibility of the ICAO Air Transport Committee and Annex 17 is the responsibility of the Committee on Unlawful Interference. All ICAO Annexes supplemented, where necessary, by guidance materials called ICAO Doc’s (Documents). Most of these ICAO Doc’s are available in the Technical Library of the CAA of Mongolia. Îëîí óëñûí èðãýíèé íèñýõèéí áàéãóóëëàãà-ICAO 2002 îíû 4 ñàðûí 9-íèé ºäºð Ìîíðåàëü õîòíîî 2001 îíû íèñýõèéí áîëîí íèñëýãèéí àþóëã¿é àæèëëàãààíû ñòàòèñòèêèéí ìýäýýã ãàðãàæ äóóñãàæýý. 2001 îíä îëîí óëñûí òîãòìîë øóãàìä 2250 êèëîãðàììààñ äýýø õàìãèéí èõ õººðºëòèéí õ¿íäòýé àãààðûí õºëºãò õ¿íèé ýíäýãäýë á¿õèé 13 íèñýõ òåõíèêèéí îñîë ãàð÷ýý (õºíäëºíãèéí õóóëü áóñ ¿éëäëèéí óëìààñ ãàðñàí îñëóóäûã òîîöîõã¿éãýýð). Ýäãýýð îñëûí óëìààñ 577 çîð÷èã÷ûí àìü íàñ õîõèð÷ýý. 2000 îíä 18 íèñýõ òåõíèêèéí îñëîîð 757 çîð÷èã÷ûí àìü íàñ õîõèðñîí. ¯¿íýýñ ¿çýõýä îñëûí ò¿âøèí (îñëûí 100 ñàÿ çîð÷èã÷-êèëîìåòð ¿ç¿¿ëýëòýýð) 2000 îíû 0,025-ààñ 2001 îíä 0,02 áîëîí áóóðñàí áàéíà. 2001 îíä òîãòìîë áóñ øóãàìä 2250 êèëîãðàììààñ äýýø õàìãèéí èõ õººðºëòèéí õ¿íäòýé àãààðûí õºëºãò õ¿íèé ýíäýãäýë á¿õèé 29 íèñýõ òåõíèêèéí îñîë ãàð÷ýý (á¿õýýãòýý çîð÷èã÷èäòîé áàéñàí à÷ààíû ðåéñûí 5 îñëûã òîîöîí). Õàðèí 2000 îíä èéì îñëóóä 21 áàéæýý. Ýäãýýð îñëûí óëìààñ 2001 îíä 204, 2000 îíä - 290 çîð÷èã÷ûí àìü íàñ õîõèð÷ýý. Íèñýõèéí àþóëã¿é àæèëëàãààíû õóâüä 2001 îíä 21 õºíäëºíãèéí õóóëü áóñ ¿éëäýë á¿ðòãýãäæýý. ÀÍÓ-ä 9 ñàðûí 11-íä áîëñîí îñëûí õîõèðîã÷äûí òîîã îäîî áîëòîë á¿ðýí ãàðãààã¿é áàéíà. ICAO Annexes to the Chicago convention of 1944
