How it worksGap Analysis

The first audit stage is a Gap Analysis leading to a report on the effectiveness of the existing compliance management system.

Audit

The second stage is a more detailed audit which typically involves interviewing key personnel and further reviewing fundamental processes and procedures.

Certification

Reports from the Gap Analysis and Audit are reviewed by our Independent Certification Committee who make the decision to grant certification or provide recommendations to conform with the standard.
