Maintain interest in the service through providing services local people want in stages; focus on different sectors of society one at a time
Funding areas– Infrastructure – should be mutual and open (eg Yorkshire)
– Content and applications, reduce cost by using community energy andsharing content
There is the need for someone with clout to drive things forward. It would be good to have someone at a member level and someone at an officer level to work together on this
To get engagement a simple model is needed to provide an outline, but robust business case.
There is a lot of funding pots around of relevance – the need is to identify it and put together an overall set of proposals

Collaboration – recognised that borough requirements differ, level of thinking in boroughs
