Introduction

This article provides screen captures of all the default analytics that are provided in IBM Cúram Social Program Management

Platform, so that you can see them without installing the application.

This article accompanies the IBM Cúram Analytics accelerator for IBM Cúram Social Program Management Platform (version

6.1.0.1), which lists all of the default BIRT analytics that are provided.

Overview

Organizations can use the SPMP Analytics functions to measure and monitor the performance of an organization to detect gaps in

processes, and to analyze current issues. The following sections present screen captures of the analytic functions with SPMP.

SPMP Analytics provides

A runtime execution environment for running reports that are written with the Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT)

system environment.

Administration functions to help configure both the BIRT runtime environment and individual reports.

Infrastructure to help integrate BIRT reports into application pages.

20 plus operational analytic charts that are embedded in application pages. These include charts that can be displayed on the

user workspace, context pane, and application pages. The default charts cover audit, case financials, caseload summary

information, investigation summary information, participant information, and workflow requirements.

Overview

Accounts by Payment Correction Type Report

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of the over payments for a case that is divided into the following categories:

allocated payments, outstanding balance, and write off total. The technical name for the analytic chart is

PaymentCorrectionOverpaymentFinancialReport.

All Components Graphical Benefit Statement

The following analytic chart compares, by using a timeline, the actual amount that was paid for a case to the reassessed amount that

should have been paid. See the following figure for an example of the analytic. The technical name for the analytic chart is

AllComponentsGraphicalBenefitStatement.

Assigned Applications Report

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of assigned applications with dates of processing deadlines that are categorized in the

following groups: today, overdue, 1-5 days, 6-14 days, and 15+ days. The analytic is displayed as a pie chart. The technical name for

the analytic chart is AssignedApplicationReport.

Applications Awaiting Determination

The following analytic shows a breakdown of the online applications awaiting determination, displayed as a bar chart. Cases that are

awaiting determination are categorized in the following processing deadlines groups: today, overdue, 1-5 days, 6-14 days, and 15+

days. The technical name for the analytic chart is OnlineApplicationReport.

Applications Awaiting Disposition

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of the applications that are awaiting disposition, which is displayed as a pie chart.

Cases that are awaiting disposition are categorized in the following processing deadlines groups: today, overdue, 1-5 days, 6-14 days,

and 15+ days. The technical name for the analytic chart is ApplicationAwaitingDispositionReport.

Audit Plan Focus Area

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of case audits. Case audits are categorized into the following statuses, Not yet

examined, satisfied, and not satisfied. The technical name for the analytic chart is AuditPlanFocusAreaReport, the technical name

AuditPlanSummaryPieChart is also used.

Audit Plan Summary Bar Chart

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of the case audits, which are categorized into the following statuses: pending, in

progress, complete, delayed processing pending. See the following figure for an example of the bar chart. The technical name for the

analytic chart is AuditPlanSummaryBarChart.

Case Audit Plan Progress Summary

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of the case audits. The case audits are categorized into the following statuses: open,

assigned, findings complete & awaiting feedback, feedback received, feedback complete, and complete. The technical name for the

analytic chart is CaseAuditPlanProgressSummary, the technical name CaseAuditSummaryBarChart is also used.

Case Audit Summary Pie Chart

The following analytic chart shows a breakdown of the cases that are assigned to an auditor. The cases are categorized by the

following status values: open, assigned, findings complete, and awaiting feedback, feedback received, feedback complete, and

complete. The technical name for the analytic chart is CaseAuditSummaryPieChart.

Case Workload Summary

The following analytic shows a breakdown of the number of cases by status. The following status values are shown: submitted, open,

active, and approved. The chart displays cases for all of the caseworker's who report to the supervisor. The technical name for the

analytic chart is CaseWorkloadReport.

My Assigned Active Benefit Cases

The following analytic was delivered as part of the SPMP Analytics accelerator. The analytic bar chart shows the number of shorter

term, less costly, Sickness Benefit cases versus more costly long running Incapacity Benefit cases.

My Sickness Benefit Cases by Number of Diagnosis

The following analytic was delivered as part of the SPMP Analytics Accelerator. The analytic pie chart shows the total number of

clients who are diagnosed with more than one medical condition and who are currently in receipt of Sickness Benefit. The chart helps

the caseworker understand which clients have multiple diagnoses and are at risk of moving onto long-term Incapacity Benefit cases.

The following analytic shows a breakdown of payments, by using a timeline, for a case that is categorized into the following totals:

Overpayment amount, payments allocated, reversal total, write off total. See the following figure for an example of the analytic. The
