Our Solution: Community PocketDesk

Community PocketDesk :

• Is a cloud-based web application operating 24/7

• Sources from extensive online streams (Facebook, tweeter, Youtube, …)

• Uses IBM Watson AI engine to measure the community feeling

• Synthesizes this information in a simple and comprehensive dashboard

Use cases

Two use cases:

1. Community Monitoring :The user configures sources to be monitored. For each source, the online application continuously reports a coloured flag (index) corresponding to the satisfaction level of the online community

2. Community Posting: Just before pushing a post online the user can evaluate the impact with the equivalent to a “spell-checker” for community management
