1. IBF Connect Events

Event Overview The IBF Connect is a series of industry specific-seminars which gathers the financial

community in a closed-door forum to discuss key issues. The event aims to promote

industry best practices and facilitate discussion on industry trends and developments.

The IBF Connect allows Training Providers with

• Brochure Display Opportunities in IBF Office

Training Providers may also display their programme brochures and programme outlines on

brochure spaces located in the reception area of the IBF office. These programme-specific

marketing collaterals will be seen by hundreds of practitioners who visit IBF on a monthly

basis to undertake licensing or industry exams.

• IBF LinkedIn Page

Training Providers may also work with IBF to post updates about their training programmes

accredited under the IBF Standards on IBF’s LinkedIn Page.

The content may be a banner update, article, video or infographic. However, the posting of

content on IBF’s LinkedIn Page will also be subject to IBF’s internal calendar.

3. IBF Brochure Display Training Providers may also display their marketing brochures for IBF

Accredited Programmes at IBF’s reception area. Your marketing

collaterals will be seen by hundreds of practitioners who visit IBF on a

monthly basis to undertake industry exams.

4. Flatscreen Display Training Providers may also display their digital ads on the flatscreen monitor in IBF’s

reception area. The digital ads will be seen by the hundreds of practitioners who visit IBF

on a monthly basis to undertake industry exams.

5. IBF Training Programme Calendar To raise awareness about the available training programmes, IBF will also be sharing a bi-

annual programme calendar with IBF’s database via EDM. This new initiative launched in

2017 is complimentary.

This bi-annual EDM will include a listing of training programmes accredited under the IBF

Standards as well as IBF Events. There is also a link that will direct recipients to a listing of

FTS programmes on the IBF website.

To have your STS programme included in the EDM, please complete the information

in Annex 5, and send in your submission according to the deadline illustrated

below.

(IBF will run up to a maximum of 5

external ads, each at 30 seconds, on a

rotation basis.)

Event Overview

This annual ceremony celebrates the achievements of financial professionals who have been

newly-certified under the IBF Standards. Senior industry financial leaders who have been

conferred the IBF Distinguished Fellow and IBF Fellow awards will be among the audience of

more than 200 attendees who will be present to welcome these newly certified

practitioners to the IBF Community.

All graduates will receive the IBF Graduation Pack which includes the IBF Certficate and IBF

Certification Collar Pin.

During this event, IBF will also be organising structured mentoring and networking sessions

for graduates, with the IBF Distinguished Fellows and IBF Fellows.

Your Participation

All Training Providers who have programmes accredited under the IBF Standards are invited

to participate at the IBF Graduation. An administrative fee of S$500 will be charged for

participation in this event.

All participating Training Providers will be acknowledged at the IBF Graduation. You may

also choose to set up a booth to market your programmes.

To faciliate the planning of this event, please provide the details requested in Annex 6.

• Please send brochures to be displayed to IBF’s office directly. Two (2) days’ notice is

needed for the delivery of brochures. The courier will need to be registered into the

MAS visitor system in order to access IBF’s office.

• IBF will display the brochures on the brochure rack until they run out or if the

Training Provider wishes to display new brochures. IBF will alert the Training

Provider once stock has run down to 100 pieces. The Training Provider will need to

replenish stocks when required.

Brochure Display

1. Each training provider is entitled to one A3-sized brochure space on the brochure rack.

Brochure space will be given on a first-come-first-served basis. The Training Provider will

need to send the brochures to IBF’s office directly. Please give us two (2) days’ notice for the

delivery of the brochures. The courier will need to be registered into the MAS visitor system

in order to access IBF’s office. IBF will display the brochures on the brochure rack until they

run out or if the training provider wishes to display new brochures. IBF will alert the

provider once stock has run down to 100 pieces. The Training Provider will replenish the

stocks when required.

Flatscreen Display

1. Each Training Provider is entitled to one (1) slot per two-month advertising period. Only

static ads are accepted. IBF will display up to a maximum of five (5) external ads and the

slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The Training Provider to provide the

ads at least two weeks in advance to advertising period. This is to allow testing of the

artwork on the screen, and provide sufficient buffer time of any adjustments required.

2. The price for advertising on IBF Flatscreen Display is S$100. Please provide the following
