We at the IASSACON‐2015 have a put a comprehensive program to improve the understanding in the management of Sleep Apneoa.

Dr Kenny Pang graduated in 1994 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He attained his Fellowship exams from both the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and Ireland in 1999 and 2002 respectively. Dr Pang completed 6 years of ear, nose and throat surgical training, and was accredited as an ENT surgeon/specialist in 2004. Dr Pang completed a year of sleep surgery and sleep medicine fellowship in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Medical College of Georgia, USA. He is well trained in treating all forms of sleep disorders, including snoring, obstructive sleep apnoea, insomnia, narcolepsy, sleep walking, night terrors, bed wetting, and parasomnias. He has also introduced a new modified surgical technique in the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. Dr Pang pioneered the first minimally invasive tongue suture surgery in Asia. He is a reviewer for the prestigious ENT journal, the Laryngoscope, the Singapore Medical Journal and the Canadian Medical Journal.

Dr. Tucker Woodson has dual board certification in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and Sleep Medicine. He is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. He has lectured worldwide on issues related to surgery and sleep medicine. Dr. Woodson has an active clinical practice in both general Otolaryngology and in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Woodson is the Director of the Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital/Medical College of Wisconsin Sleep Disorders Programme. He is active in developing new surgical treatments for obstructive sleep apnea. Additionally, he has served on Sleep Disorders, Standards of Practice, New Medical, Drug and Device, and the National Sleep Medicine Course Committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Woodson serves as an advisor for the American Sleep Apnea Association, Resmed. He has organized multiple national and international meetings including the Cherry Blossom Conference of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the Missouri Allergy and Sleep Disorders Update in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and the 3rd and 4th International Congress of Sleep Apnea.

Dr. Brian Rotenberg, MD, MPH, FRCSC, is an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Western University (London, Canada) and director of the Sleep Surgery Programme at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is dual fellowship trained in sinonasal surgery and pediatric surgery, and joined the faculty at Western University in 2007. He is a founding member and co-chief editor of the International Surgical Sleep Society. Dr. Rotenberg is the chair of the Sleep Apnea Interest Group at the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology, and is also involved in panel work on sleep apnea with the American Rhinological Society. He has been an invited speaker internationally on topics relating to sleep apnea and rhinology, and has more than 40 peer reviewed publications as well as funded research grants to study sleep and sinonasal research. Dr. Rotenberg is a medical consultant for guideline publications relating to perioperative management of apneic patients, and is also a consultant for various industry partners working on innovative surgical devices for treatment of apnea and snoring. His research interests include establishing evidence-based perioperative outcomes assessments for sleep apnea and diagnosing sleep disorders via computer modeling.

Dr. Ottavio Piccin is consultant of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at S.Orsola-Malpighi University Hospital of Bologna (Italy). He earned his medical degree from Bologna University and after completing his residency in Otolaryngology in Bologna, he earned a Master’s degree in Reconstructive surgery with microsurgical free flaps in cranio-facial oncology,developed at University of Bologna and La Sapienza University, RomeIn 2004 he was appointed Consultant of Otolaryngology at S.Orsola-Malpighi University Hospital of Bologna.From 2005 he acts as Academic supervisor and tutoring to medical students and residents.His current research interests include sleep apnea surgery, pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.He is member of the European Academy of Sleep Medicine, Italian Society of Oto-rhino-laryngology and Difficult airway society. Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Presenting author must be a registered delegate

2. Abstract must be signed by all authors

3. Abstract must be typed neatly in English and should not be more than 200 words

4. Make a brief title, object of the study, mention all relevant investigations and conclusion clearly

5. Paper presentation will be of 8 (eight) minutes (preferable 10-15 slides), non completion within stipulated period will result in negative marking, for answering relevant questions, if asked after presentation, 2 (two) minutes will be provided and this will be a part of the evaluation

6. Content of the abstract is the sole responsibility of the author'(s) as an original printed abstract of the provided author(s)

7. Please submit your abstract by email for printing purpose. In the absence of it, the abstract will be rejected

8. The paper presented must be original one & should not have been published in any of the journals before.

9. All presenters must report in respective halls to submit their presentations, one hour before the presentation starts

10. In case of any controversy, decision of the organising committee will be final.
