Topic: Finding the Lurkers: C2 Detection/Hunt Teaming: Traditional security tools seldom stop (or even slow) more adept penetration testers. But C2 testing, which lets an organization discover what level of malware command and control (C2) their security support structure can detect, is another case entirely. In this Symposium, we detail how to create different levels of malware and C2 traffic to identify exactly what your organization can detect in terms of advanced attacks, and then detail not only how to detect them, but also the tools and techniques necessary to stop them in their tracks.
