WORK RULES
IAM• 13.5 hours max scheduled duty
day• 15.5 hours max actual duty day• 10 or 11 min days off for reserves
& min 12 days off for lineholders• Limited to no more than 6
segments in a duty period• 90 days before beginning to lose
any accruals• An arc/ready reserve can only be
assigned a trip which is scheduled to depart within their 8 hr arc period.
AFA• 14 hours max scheduled duty day• 16 hours max actual duty day• Only 10 Minimum days off/month• No limits to the segments in one
duty period• Begin to lose accruals after just 15
days on most types of leaves• Can be assigned to work a flight
up to 2 hours after the 8 hour ready reserve period
FLEXIBILITY
IAM
Can drop down to 0 hrs/month
No trip trade limits guaranteed in our contract & can do partial trip
trades
FLEX vacation (the option to purchase an extra week of
vacation)
Lineholder min days off is 12 Reserve min days off is 10 or 11
