soon take on as being mainly responsible for universal IAG.  I was at a meeting yesterday where DfE reported back that the dept's view of "impartial" IAG by schools is now being reduced to just signposting young people to the National Careers Service i.e. electronic or phone help line.  What we held onto as a bit of a lifeline i.e. having to buy in qualified independent IAG seems to have gone out of the window.  Scary times! ‘
