Tab Application | Management System

Serves the purpose of conducting audits, risk assessment, incident reporting, site findings, meetings and project management

Provides all the necessary safety rules and checklists that are to be checked by the supervisor and sent to the authority responsible

The tab application and Management software are integrated in order to synchronize the required database.

Safety Module- Site Finding Reporting

Incase of any unsafe act/condition, the authority responsible has to capture the image and upload to the system. Both before and after images to be uploaded and sent for approval by higher authority.


Risk Assessment FormBasic risk assessment form is given in the system. In case of any changes, it can be changes based on clients needs.


All stakeholders can upload their RA for approval/edition. RA community can be form and participate

Incident/Accidents ReportingIn case of any incident occurs, the complete details of the victim needs to be analyzed and the medical details to be recorded in this screen.


System would generate report and sent to respective authority for reference,all records would stored under employee details.
