Overview:

CPGRAMS is an onlineweb-enabled application thatfacilitates/provides the following:' "'~',., "-Onfine lodging and,status-tracking of grievances by citizens-Lodging of Grievances received localtv ~y post includingthe facility to electronically store the complaint as ascanned document,

-Online forwarding of Grievances to sub-ordinate offices-Electronic (online) dispatch of Action TakenReports (ATR's),by various ministries/departments

-Query on the Status of any of the Registered Grievances.

-Forwarding of Reminders/Clarifications for the grievanceslodged earlier

Objective

Features of CPGRAMS:

-An integrated application} enabling the PublicGrievance Officers (PGa's) to register the grievancesreceived by Post/Hand and also to monitor thegrievances received from the nodal agency/higherauthority online.

-Factlitate s an automatic system generatedunique registration number upon the onlinesubmission of a grievance by a citizen, which can beusedfor future reference.

-Can be accessed by all stakeholders through a PCusing an internet connection and an internet browser.

-CPGRAMS provides information online to the PGOof the concerned Ministry/Department/GovernmentOrganization on all cases as and when they areforwarded to him/her.

-A feature to attach any electronic grievancedetails/related documents, which can be seen atall levels wherever the grievance is forwarded to.

-CPGRAMS helps generate need-based monitoringand. query reports. for effective monitoring of·pending grievances at various levels •

-The system is flexible enough to be extended tomultiple levels below as per the requirement of theconcerned Ministry/Department/GovernmentOrganization for speedy forwarding and redressof grievance.

-SMS/E-mail alerts to citizens and PGOs are enabledat various stages.

-Senior Officers Dashboard has been made available
