THEPresident’s Message

As your President of the New Jersey State Bowling Association for the current bowling season, I w ish to offer my best w ishes to all bowlers, in their endeavors in the Annual State Championship Tournament.

Bowling continues to grow by leaps and bounds. It is the biggest par­ticipation sport. New Jersey is among the leading states in participation. To all bowlers, I urge you all to continue to protect th is im portant posi­tion.

The current bowling season marks the 50th year anniversary of the Essex County Bowling Association. In view of th is the 47th Annual New Jersey Bowling Association Championship Tournament is being con­ducted by our Association. Palladium Lanes and Lyons Lanes have been placed in the best possible condition for good scoring and good bowling.

I wish you good scoring, good fellowship and good sportsmanship in the 47th Annual event and enter next year for the 48th Annual Tour­nament which w ill be held in Monmouth County.
