Going for Green• Every child starts the day on green, the aim is always to get back

to green, younger children will need you to be clear on how this can be achieved. Older ones need to make their own suggestions.

• Red Amber Green will be used in classrooms to encourage positive choices

• A strong emphasis on restorative justice will help with learning behaviours.

• Earning back of privileges and rewards that are taken away.• Staying on green all week means children enter the raffle.• A prize winner will be selected at random during Friday’s

Celebration.• The winner will select a prize.• Termly letters sent home to congratulate those who stay on green

all term.

both show that these initiatives are working well.

• Moving around the school is more orderly, leaving after Collective Worship etc. Comments from support staff.
