Q4: Why can't I copy my music off my iPhone?A4: Apple does not permit content to be moved in or out of iTunes directly from iPhone or other iOS devices. However, most songs can be moved to the i-Memory UE710 using a Mac or PC and then played. All new iTunes songs can be played. A small number of older songs still have stricter DRM (Digital Rights Management) and will only play in iTunes proper.

Q5: Can I reformat the i-Memory UE710?A5: Yes, when connected to PC via USB port, the product can be reformatted. Please note the format needs to be FAT32, so select this when carrying out the process . Q6: Is there a warranty included with the i-Memory UE710?A6: We provide a one year warranty. Damage due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.
