How do we expose youngsters to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) at an early age so they might pursue such a course in later studies?

New Funding News Over the past 4 years the Oregon
Legislature has provided the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) funds to support FIRST® teams.
We were not sure that that would happen again for this biennium.
Very recently $466,000 was provided to ODE for FIRST® programs for the next 2-year period.

these funds.
When you apply for Team Financial Support (see an earlier slide) you will automatically be considered for these funds.
ORTOP now has more funds which can be used for Team Financial Support for all FIRST® programs.
