Swarovski yearly event was about to be cancelled due to the following
- Event manager had an emergency leave
- Target hasn’t been met for the past 3 Months
- Surplus in saving of event cost will be reallocated to brand to compensate the loss in sale
However, I believed that holding the event will be more beneficial for the brand than
cancelling it. Therefore ,3 months into the company, I managed to take the responsibility and convinced
my managers to assign me to the task and achieve the results I projected
