iBidGames is “one-of-a-kind”

The World’s 1st Honest Social Auction App

An exciting, new interactive honest penny auction where you can socialize with friends--not bots--as you place bids to win the hottest tech fashion and travel & brand name consumer products at 97% off the retail price

Primary Patent Protection

Our US and International patent application protects the intellectual property regarding the following key features:

Individual Chat function per auction:This is a key element in our game, as it provides transparency and user confidence.

Pre-Cap (aka "Reserve"):This key function allows us to lock in our costs and profit margins before the auction begins. Minimizing any risk of inventory loss.

market problem● Penny auctions lack transparency and honesty● Limited retention & loss of players over time● Unsustainable business model, limited scalability ● Class action lawsuits filed against them

● iBidGames is transparent, honest & social● Facebook login authenticates users, retaining players over time● Sustainable business model, excellent scalability● FB alliance ensures more reliability● iBidGames cross-branded with integrity of the world’s largest social

network in website and mobile platforms

our SOLUTION

How It Works - Step 1

Meeting the “Reserve" for an ipad mini $300 retail priceWe will privately set the Reserve at 3-times the item's retail value (1/3 to cover the cost of the item, 1/3 to Facebook or iOS, and 1/3 iBidGames’ Gross Profit). In this example, let’s say the Reserve has been set to $900. The auction only begins when the cumulative

sum of all of the players’ committed bids meet the $900 reserve.

Reserve: $900 Bids

Player 1:

15 Bids

Player 2:

15 Bids

Player 3:

25 Bids

Player 4:

5 Bids

Players7-100:

800 bids

Player 5:

20 Bids

Player 6:

20 Bids

How It Works - Step 2

The Auction BeginsOnce the $900 “Reserve” has been met, the auction will begin. Please note, once the auction begins, the “bids” equal 1 penny.

Each player has only the maximum number of committed bids to play i.e. Player 2 only has 15 bids/chances. Last person to bid when the countdown reaches zero...wins!

POT:

$900 Player 1:

15 dollars

Player 2:

15 dollars

Player 3:

25 dollars

Player 4:

5 dollars

Players7-100:

800 dollars

Player 5:

20 dollars

Player 6:

20 dollars

How It Works - Step 3 winner

In this example, Player 2 is the winner.He/She would only pay $9 for the item. Their payment consists of the $15 paid for the committed bids PLUS

the total amount of $.01 bids in the “auction pot” which equals $9 for a total of $24.

Item win Price:

$9 Player 1:

15 dollars

Player 2:

15 dollars

Player 3:

25 dollars

Player 4:

5 dollars

Players7-100:

800 dollars

Player 5:

20 dollars

Player 6:

20 dollars
