Hyperdesmo: Top of the range liquid waterproofing system

Hyperdesmo is an innovative, one component, liquid waterproofing system designed to

be applied on virtually any exposed surface which has a solid substrate.

Ideal for waterproofing or protecting new or existing roofs, balconies, terraces, exterior

walls, tiles, fiberglass, Asphalt membrane, cement boards, insulation sheets and other

exposed surfaces.

Exceptionally highly elastic properties

Strong resistance to abrasion

Allows vapor diffusion: no humidity collects under the film

Excellent weather and UV protection: Lowers temperature inside buildings

Strong thermal resistance: The film remains elastic down to -40°C degrees and

works in a max. temp of 80°C. It can reach a shock temp of 200°C

ISO 9001/14001 & OHSAS 18001 compliant. ETA CE certified for a working

life of minimum 25 years.

Application Procedure:

Surface preparation

Remove oil, grease and wax contaminants from the surface Ideally by means of

sanding or high pressure washer. Cement laitance, loose particles, mould release

agents, cured membranes and other debris must also be removed.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and as free from humidity as possible.

Surface irregularities, cracks, expansion joints and other openings in the roof

should be filled with HYPERSEAL®-25LM.

Priming

Prime the surface Using the appropriate primer. Ask our technical department on

using AQUADUR A+B® or PRIMER MICROSEALER 50®.

Application

Mix the contents well using a low rpm mixer.

Easy to apply: brush, roller or airless spray (200—250 Bar)

Do not exceed 48 hours between coats

Recommended consumption: 1.5Kg per m2

Packaging: 1Kg, 6Kg, 15Kg, 25Kg

Use THIXO-TOOL® with HYPERDESMO® for severely inclined or vertical substrates
