• Application startup times (OS needs to boot)

• Host resources are claimed

• Virtual OS needs to be maintained (patches, reboots, software distribution)

• Application dependencies (Office plugins etc.)

• Lock down the guest OS like on a TS environment (drive hiding etc.)
