As a system supplier, Hydra-Grene design, develop, manufacture and deliver complete Cooling, Filtering and Lubrication systems for the Wind Gearboxes.

Oil Lubrication Systems typically consist of a Motor-Pump unit, Filter unit, Cooler and/or Heat Exchanger, Distributor block, complete sets of Hoses, Fittings and Tubes.

With our own CNC manufacturing facilities and engineering department, it enables Hydra-Grene to design each system in 3D, to achieve optimal production, assembly and cost effective supply.

We are able to supply a complete range which consists of Hydraulic and Industrial Hoses, Fittings according to all common standards, Hydraulic tubes, Water Cooling tubes and Corrugated tubes for a 20-25 year lifetime.

Hoses & Tubes are cleaned with our in-house flushing process, which enables Hydra-Grene to classify the oil cleanliness to international standards such as ISO 4406 or SAE 4059.

All equipment is suitable for eventually kitting and delivery in sets, to customer needs and require-ments.

Hydra-Grene are able to perform thermal testing under extreme conditions in our in-house testing facility. Depending on customer requirements, it is possible to cool down or heat up the overall Hydraulic Brake, Oil Lubrication or Water Cooling -system from -30°C to +40°C .

Simulating operations in extreme conditions allows Hydra-Grene to offer thoroughly tested and prov-en hydraulics systems for turbine series production.

All tests are carried out electroni-cally and validated in close cooper-ation with our customers and their R&D departments.

Due to our very large inventory and a carefully selected product range from leading manufacturers worldwide, Hydra-Grene are able to offer a complete range of service and maintenance parts.

Our product selection includes a complete range of interchangeable Filter elements, Sensors and Clogging indicators, Pumps, Motors, and Hydraulic Hoses.
