Michael Roffey Executive Director BCom CA(SA)
Michael pioneered cellular phone micro-lending and device financing in South Africa. As a Fintech and Telecommunications leader, his products and services are today available in over 15 countries across three continents. Together with partners, he co-founded the largest independent cellular retail credit business and cellular handset finance business in South Africa. These businesses were sold to a JSE-listed company in 2013 and 2017 respectively. He has private equity interests in many sectors, including commercial property, telecoms, fintech, technology and financial services.

Mark is a co-founder of Airvantage, a Fintech provider of mobile financial and value-added services for mobile network operators. In 2009, he founded Icon SA in partnership with Icon UK. Icon SA was appointed by FIFA to design, produce and install the signage and branding for the FIFA Confederation Cup 2009 and the FIFA World Cup 2010. He was previously the operations director of Wideopen Platform, the leader in large format outdoor advertising in South Africa which he sold to Primedia in 2006. Prior to this Mark was involved in Corporate Finance and Private Equity with the Buffet Investment Group.

Gadi co-founded Optomise, one of the largest S12J Venture Capital Companies in South Africa. To date Optomise has facilitated the creation of over 506 permanent jobs in South Africa. In 2014 Namir co-founded Sail Group, a global Chrome Mining & Commodity Trader based in Singapore with assets listed on the JSE & the Stock Exchange of Mauritius SEM.
