Phi, the Greek symbol representing Divine Proportion where the whole is to the larger in exactly the same proportion as the larger is to the smaller is the balance we strive to achieve. In tracing our ancestry back to the 1600’s we find no one had undertaken the business of turning grapes

into wine. Familially unfettered and appreciating with the sixth sense thought the impressions wine makes on the other five we can begin to understand what William Blake meant when he wrote, “To see a World in a Grain of Sand, and Heaven in a Wild Flower, Hold Infinity in the Palm of Your Hand and Eternity in an Hour.” Our wines are commensurately priced. Home, also, of Savoir Terre a select, and miniscule amount of each year's harvest go into this collaboration between Jean Paul and Thomas. A very high end homage to the French tradition "wine and wood.”
