Jennifer: Welcome everyone to Healing With The Masters. We are delighted to welcome you back to
another show on this powerful Volume 9 season. Boy, it’s been really something, hasn’t it? And I want to talk, you know, do my little reminder about masters. That masters has a lot of different meanings, and while we may think of masters as the wonderful guests that share their knowledge and experiences with us each wee, we consider you to be the master; each of you in this audience; you the participant. No one knows you better than you, and no one is more uniquely qualified to transform your life than you. Today we will together discover the tools and techniques to heal, to continue to shift your life into love and light, and in the process truly make a difference on this beautiful planet of ours. Together we are a powerful community. You matter. You can light up the world.
And tonight we are so blessed to welcome Denise Linn. Denise is an amazing person. She’s
called “America’s Best‐Kept Secret”. I love that. We were kind of just talking about that on the pre‐show. For the last three and one‐half decades she has traveled to the far corners of the world speaking to standing room only audiences of thousands. Her spiritual journey began as a teenager when she had a near‐death experience after being shot by an unknown gunman. The revelation she received on the other side and the subsequent amazing healing of her wounds led Denise to eventually become an internationally respected healer, writer, and teacher. A world‐acclaimed expert in feng shui and space clearing, Denise has distilled the information and wisdom into her teachings that she gained from indigenous cultures around the planet — the aborigines of Australia, the Zulu in Africa, the Maori of New Zealand as well as from her own Native American roots.
Denise has taught seminars in 20 countries and has written 17 books, including the best‐
selling, The Hidden Power of Dreams, Past Lives, Present Miracles, Unlock the Secret Mysteries of Your Body, Sacred Space, and Soul Coaching, as well as The Mystic Chef, her soon‐to‐be‐released book co‐written with her daughter, and chef, Meadow Linn. Her books have been translated into 26 languages, and she has been a featured guest on Oprah, Lifetime, Discovery Channel, BBC TV, NBC and CBS. She is also the founder of the International Institute of Soul Coaching. We are delighted to welcome Denise Linn to Healing With The Masters. Welcome, Denise.
Denise: Oh, thank you. I’m so happy to be here. Jennifer: It’s great having you. You’ve got a lot of fans on the pre‐show. There’s a lot of folks that are
super excited to hear from you tonight.

Denise: Yeah. Jennifer: So, Denise, you’ve got a very interesting variety of things that you do. You’ve got feng shui,
you’ve got dreams, you’ve got — you’re a coach for the soul, you do healing work, you’ve been to the other side. It’s fascinating. So tell me, how do you get to all of these things in one little person?
Denise: First of all, I’ve been teaching for almost 43 years, so it’s been — I’ve been around for a while.
But the other thing is I never feel like I’m teaching anything really different. You know, when I was 17, as you mentioned in your introduction — thank you so much for that beautiful introduction — I had a little motorbike and I went out one summer afternoon in the Midwest where I lived, and unbeknownst to me, I was being followed by a man in a car, someone I didn’t know, I hadn’t done anything to — and he’d actually killed a number of other people, and he ran into my motorbike, and then he turned around. I thought he was coming back to help me after he had hit me, but he came back and he rolled the window down on his car and he pulled out a gun. And he shot me.
Jennifer: Oh, my God. Denise: There were a couple of things that happened after that, but eventually in the hospital I had
what’s called a near‐death experience. I’d never heard that expression at that time, but I went to this place that was so beautiful and so familiar. And now I know that was the other side, the spirit realm, but I knew I’d been there before and I felt like I was home. And from that place, this is in answer to your question; from that place I was aware of so many things. And it wasn’t like they were new. It was like I was remembering. I was remembering why we’re here. I was remembering what life is all about. I was aware that life wasn’t a one‐shot affair, that we’ve been here again, and again, and again. I was aware that within the dream state you can connect to that place of Spirit. So everything I’ve done from leading vision quests, in alignment with my Native American tradition, to working with dreams, to working with feng shui, and space clearing. I coined the word space‐clearing and now there’s lots of books out on it. I think I wrote the second book in English on feng shui, and now there’s hundreds.
Jennifer: Did you really? Denise: Uh‐huh. Jennifer: I looked in my library, and I have one of your books. I am like, isn’t that cool. You’re so
prolific. I didn’t even know you were on my bookshelf. Denise: Yea. But to me it’s all the same thing. Every — it’s like you have this amazing mountain. It’s a
mountain of realization. It’s a mountain of compassion, and love, and knowing what’s important and why we’re here. There’s many paths to the top of the mountain, but it’s the same mountain. So everything that I’ve done is just a different path on the same mountain. It’s moving into that place where still we remember.
Jennifer: We remember. There seems to be a flow in your energy. I’m just kind of noticing that. And
there’s — it feels like through some of your work, it feels like there’s a flow in your life. Is this
-

something that came out of that near‐death experience, and do you still have goals and want to achieve, or is it more just a flow in your life?
Denise: You know, it’s interesting you ask me that question, because it came up last week when I was
talking to someone who is an astrologer. And in my life I’ve never really had goals. And I work with people on goals, and I believe in them, and treasure mapping and affirmations, and I believe in that. But mostly I went — whatever came up. Someone said, “Would you write a book?” I said, “Yeah, sure. I’d do that.” And it did really well, and someone else said, “Well, would you write another book?” So I did that. And I’ve pretty much gone as you say, in the flow. But this astrologist said, “Denise, okay. It’s about time you started to have some goals.” At this point, I don’t have any. Okay, I’d like my daughter to find a husband, because I know that’s what she wants, but you’re not supposed to have goals for other people. So I have been in the very fortunate position of just looking at what’s in front of me. But I’m at that precipice where I’m going to start having some goals — big major goals. Of course, I’m like everyone else with smaller goals, but those big major goals.
Jennifer: You talk in your book, Soul Coaching, you talk about the journey to happiness. You say that
happiness is a journey not a destination. So what are some of the things that we can do to make our journey — our life a journey not a destination. I mean, it kind of goes along with goals. I’m actually not a huge fan of goals. I think kind of holding intentions is a stronger position.
Denise: I totally agree. Jennifer: Yeah, so how can we keep this sense of, you know, when life can squeeze us sometimes, as it
does many of us. How can we get to this allusive happiness and not make it a destination? Denise: Well, for me there’s a couple of things that have been important in my life. One is it’s not the
events of our life that create joy or misery, from my perspective. It is the meaning that we give those events. So if you have something seemingly devastating happen to you, you can choose the meaning that you give it. And it can literally change your life. I was at a seminar once and there were two guys there that had both had a dear friend in Vietnam die, right next to them. The first guy gave that event the meaning of never get close to anyone, because if you do, they might leave you. And from that point forward, he didn’t get close to anyone, because he had this belief that — it was a subconscious believe, of course. He didn’t sit down and write that out. But that was the meaning he gave that event.
The second guy who had lost a dear friend right next to him in battle, subconsciously gave that
event the meaning that you have to love as deeply and fully as you can, because you never know how long people are going to be around. So from that point forward, his life became much more — he became much more connected to people and there was a fullness and a depth that he never had before.
So I think from my perspective, one of the ways to happiness is whatever happens in your life
give it meaning that empowers you. You know, when I was shot as a 17 year old, the meaning that I gave it at the time was, I had a lot of self‐esteem issues, so I thought I deserved it and I’m not a worthy person, and if anyone was to get shot, it was me. So along the way I felt, wait a minute, because we tend to think the meaning that we give the events of our lives are the
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 5 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
meanings that have descended from the heavens above or something, but really we’re the people that give the meaning to the events of our lives. And so I changed it. I thought, you know, I learned about healing. I became a healer out of it. I got to view the other side. It allowed me to glimpse the spirit realm that’s empowered my life, and I shifted the meaning. And I can’t even relate with that original meaning. So for me, the first thing is all of the events in your life, and even taking time to track back in time, because you can change the meaning, even if it’s in the past. And that will impact your present and your future.
And the second thing is to embrace who you are right now. And talking about self‐esteem I
think you teach what you need to learn. I teach about self‐esteem, because it’s my journey. I’m constantly working on my own self‐esteem. But one of the things that I’ve discovered is, whatever it is, even if it’s something like self‐esteem, there’s always something good abut it. And so whatever — your faults can become your virtues. You just tone them down a little bit. You know, stubbornness toned down a little bit it determination. So find out what is it about you. Lack of confidence actually is great. I’ve found so much positive about lack of confidence, which sounds strange. But lack of confidence can mean you’re open to learning new things and seeing the world in a new way. So there’s a lot of, I think, things on the way to happiness, but those are two of the things that I found for myself in my own life.
Jennifer: I love this notion that we can take what we consider our faults and turn them on their head in
this very moment, and see them as opportunities for a new way of being in the positive. Denise: Whatever it is. Whatever it is that you consider to be your fault, if you take that and you tone
it down just a tiny bit, it actually becomes your virtue. Jennifer: Okay, so what’s my anger going to be turned into? Denise: You anger is a motivating force. Jennifer: There you go. Denise: Oh, my God. I love my anger. I love it. I don’t get angry very often, so when I do it’s like, oh,
my God, this is so cool. I can feel energy surging through me, and I use it. I use it to get things done. I use it to take action in my life, because as I said I kind of tend to wait for life to come to me. I get so excited when I get angry. And the thing is it’s energy. And it’s not good or it’s not bad. It’s how you use that energy. I love it when I’m using it to clean my house. Oh, I’m angry today. Yea, clean house. Life is good.
Jennifer: Okay, so envy. What’s envy turned on its head? Denise: Well, let’s think about that. Envy, if you tone that down a little bit, and you can help me here. Jennifer: Sure. Denise: Envy is when you think someone has more than you, is that right? Jennifer: Yes.
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 6 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Denise: Let’s just think how could we — that’s one that I haven’t though about, but I know if we think about this we can figure this out. Let’s see —
Jennifer: It feels like it’s similar to anger almost where you can turn it around into a motivator. Denise: Do you know, you could actually. It’s like if you think that someone has something that you
don’t have, you could in fact use that as a motivator. You know, someone has the — I don’t know. Let’s think of an example. They have the ring that you don’t have. Oh, my gosh. The ring is better than my ring. It could be a motivating force. What do I need to do to get that ring or that car or that spirituality? It’s so funny to me when people are envious of other people’s, quote, unquote, spirituality.
Jennifer: Right. We were talking about that on the pre‐show. I’m so spiritual. You know, it feels like
there could be a new book here for you. I’d love to see Denise’s turnarounds for the negative lower vibrating emotions.
Denise: Actually, in my soul‐coaching program, which is a 28‐day program that anybody can do. It can
be done in 5 minutes a day. So it’s kind of exciting. There actually is an exercise where people can look at and list all of their faults and actually turn them around in virtues.
Jennifer: Oh, beautiful. Denise: That’s actually part of the program. Jennifer: Wonderful. Denise: I just wasn’t quick on the move with envy. I’m like, oh, my gosh. Jennifer: Wonderful. Well, let’s kind of dive into your new book about dreams. Denise: It isn’t necessarily a new book, but it’s a great book. So that’s — Jennifer: Oh, that’s right. It’s rereleased. Denise: Yes. It was rereleased with Hay House, and it has been upgraded, as it were. I love, love, love
working with dreams, because for so many reasons. But in our dream state, we can connect with Spirit, because our conscious mind gets out of the way. And so I love teaching people how to program their dreams, how to remember their dreams, how to do such things as astral travel, and I’d love to, if ewe have time, I’d love to do a quick exercise with your listeners to increase their ability to astral travel. And there’s value in astral travel, because it begins to loosen the hold that your identity has on you. You realize that you are so much more than your body when you’re floating about in your astral body. But also people can overcome fears in their dream state, because there’s a place inside of us that doesn’t recognize the difference between what we do in our dream state and what we do in, quote, unquote, real life. And so lots of people have used programming of their dreams to overcome fears. The number one fear in America anyway is public speaking. And I’ve worked with people who’ve overcome fear of public speaking simply by programming their dreams to be in front of those people talking. And it’s so — you know, the body actually — if we are dreaming about running, the small
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 7 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
muscles involved in running actually are activated and the large muscles are paralyzed, because there’s a place that doesn’t recognize that you’re not running. And some people don’t have that paralyzation [sic]. Paralyzation — I think I just made up a new word.
Jennifer: You go. Denise: I love making up new words, and then I think they’re real. No, that’s a real word. Jennifer: They’re officially real now. Denise: Yeah, they’re officially real. Jennifer: You just said it in front of 1,000 or more people — Denise: There you go. Paralyzation — my word. But those people actually have to be tied down. So
you can use that ability of that part of the brain that doesn’t recognize it’s not real to overcome fears. You can also program yourself to have prophetic dreams, dreams of the future, which is great, because it helps you more often at the right time and the right place. You can also connect with loved ones on the other side during your dreams. You can also dream share. When I used to travel a lot when my daughter was younger, we would dream share. We would program ourselves to meet up in our dreams. And that’s really fun. Dream lovers — safest sex in town. It is absolutely a passion of mine, and I think there’s probably so much more I haven’t even mentioned. As you can tell, I’m passionate about it.
Jennifer: Yeah, you sound like a passionate person and all of this beautiful energy that we’re all
receiving just by experiencing you in your passion. I love it. So can you maybe give us a few hints on how we could — so many people are looking for answers. And they’re looking to psychics and to different mediums and so on to get the answers. And I think that we can get the answers ourselves, and I know that you talk about this in your book. Can you talk a little bit about how we might program ourselves to get a prophetic dream?
Denise: Well, let’s take a step back. Jennifer: Okay. Denise: And it’s kind of affirming what you just said. Inside of everybody — everybody — is that place
that knows the truth. The soul knows the truth. The soul loves the truth. And I think it’s great. I love going to psychics and astrologers, but ultimately there’s a place inside of myself that knows – and inside of everyone. So part of my journey, I guess, is to create safe and sacred spaces for people to be able to tap into their own wisdom. And certainly the dreams and the dream state is a way to do that.
So the first thing I think I’d like to give a tiny bit of information about dreams and then to
answer your question. Jennifer: Great, thank you.
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 8 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Denise: Some people will say, “I never dream.” Actually, au contraire. Everybody dreams — that was French. And so — I don’t speak French. That was just a French word. So every 90 minutes, every hour and one‐half, unless you’ve had a lot to drink, you dream. And in the beginning the dreams are only a few minutes, and by the time you’re about to wake up, they’re much longer. They can be 30 minutes. These dreams are absolutely essential to your well being. In fact without dreams within about two days you’d become psychotic. What they do at dream laboratories is when someone is dreaming, they can tell they’re dreaming because their eyes roll back and forth. It’s called rapid eye movement. And so in those dream laboratories they will let people sleep for that hour and one‐half, but they will wake them up during the REM sleep. They keep them from dreaming. And literally in a few days, you know, they’re psychotic and they start to hallucinate. So our dreams are absolutely essential.
If you are going to remember your dreams, and most dreams — what they’ve also found at
those dream laboratories is the dreams — they’ll wake someone up at the end of a REM cycle, or a rapid eye cycle, and the person can recount the entire dream. If they wake them up five minutes later, they remember fragments, ten minutes later, pretty much the dream is gone. So it’s really important to capture those dreams right when you have them. And there’s a number of ways to do that.
The first thing, especially for people who say I never remember my dreams — incidentally, for
those of you who are listening who say, “I never remember my dreams.” There is probably an 80 percent chance that you will remember your dreams tomorrow morning. Just simply talking a \bout dreams, thinking about dreams it activates your memory. I’ve had people say, “I haven’t remembered a dream in 20 years, and after I heard you on the radio, I remembered my dream.”
Jennifer: Oh, wow. Are you activating it in us right now? Denise: Yes, of course. I just was hoping nobody would catch that. Jennifer: I got it. We got it. Denise: I’ve lost my train of thought. That wouldn’t be the first time. Jennifer: We were talking about dreams and people in REM state and that people who don’t — they
think they don’t dream. Denise: Yeah, right. Thank you. I’m like, what was I talking about. So the — so before you go to bed,
it’s really important to focus on remembering your dreams. Oh, I know what I was going to say. In native cultures people remember their dreams. Literally the history or the destiny of a tribe or a clan or a people in the past was decided by people who dream. So people remembered their dreams because they understood their importance. In our culture a child comes and says, I had a dream or a nightmare even. People will say, “Oh, no, it’s just a dream, honey.” As if to relegate it to the unimportant. And so in our culture we tend to not remember our dreams because we don’t revere them. And in ancient times if two people got together and you’re trying to decide about a direction to go, and one person says, “I looked at it logically and logically this is the step we should take.” And the dreamer said, “I dreamed on it, and this is the way we should go.” In ancient times, the dreamer would be given even more
-

credence then the logical person. In our culture, someone says, “Oh, I crunched the numbers and this is what we should do.” And someone said, “Oh, I dreamed on it.” They’re going to be laughed out of the office. So —
Jennifer: Yes, they would. Denise: And the first thing to do is to begin to believe in the importance of dreams; to cherish your
dreams. To understand that every dream has a depth of meaning and in no small way it’s the universe communicating with you, your soul, your spirit, your angels, your guides, your ancestors. They all communicate to you through this dream state. So the more important you feel your dreams are, the more likely you are to remember them. Plus they give you an understanding of the forces at play in your life that you may not be consciously aware of. You might think, oh, I love my boss; I love my new job. And then at night you dream your boss has a big mouth and he’s eating you up. There’s probably something to look at there.
Jennifer: Right, it’s an energy vibration that you’re at — sharing where you’re at. Denise: Absolutely. Your conscious mind is thinking one thing, but your inner soul is picking up the
deeper truth, and that deeper truth will be revealed, or often is revealed in your dreams. So before you go to bed, first of all you think about dreams and their importance and their value. And you can say something like — over and over again, like; tonight I remember my dreams, tonight I remember my dreams. And I actually suggest that people activate what I call a dream shield. A dream shield is you basically visualize there is this shield and it goes over the top of you and underneath you. And it’s semi‐permeable. You can move out of it, but it also puts you in a very protective safe space, because in the dream state sometimes we will be in someone else’s dream, or they’ll be in our dream.
Someone mentioned that they were at my course down in San Diego. If you’re head is on the
other side of the wall of someone else’s head, they can be in your dreams or you can be in their dreams. So that’s a really good time to activate that dream shield.
Jennifer: Right. That makes sense. Denise: And I’ve had that a lot. I’ve had seminars here at our home at Summer Hill Ranch, and there
will be people sleeping next to each other or even on the other side of a wall, and they’ll recount their dreams in the morning, and amazingly they will have had the same dream but had different roles in the dream, because they’ve been in each others dreams.
So the dream shield is great, and even if you have your beloved next to you, it’s still nice when
you’re dreaming to be in your own energy. Sometimes you can take salt and you can make a circle of salt around your bed too. Salt is ubiquitously used around the world to kind of encapsulate your energy. So that’s something else you can do as well.
Jennifer: Oh, okay. Denise: Then there’s — I really advocate — if you really get serious about dreams is creating a dream
alter. This is very, very traditional. The idea of — and the alter doesn’t need to be religious. It is a place to interface with the divine. And you can create an alter in your bedroom that is
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 10 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
dedicated to your dream state, dedicated to honoring that aspect of your life. And anything that feels clear, that feels that it represents your dreams, for some people moon. You can create moon water. You take water outside and you put it in the light of the full moon or the new moon. Or you create star water. It absorbs that energy, and then you put that on your dream alter.
You can have a crystal that you have only dedicated to your dreams. Also the stone that I love
using with dreams is Selenite. And Selenite is named after the goddess of the moon, Selene. So that’s a wonderful, wonderful stone to program. It’s very soft stone to program for your dreams. It’s best to keep it covered during the day and then at nighttime open it up on your dream alter.
Also, do you know the whole idea about dream pillows? Jennifer: Yes, uh‐huh. Denise: Those are great. You get some lavender and you can purchase them or make your own. We
grow lavender here so I love making my own. And it’s best to use silk, because silk is more of a transmitter than cotton or linen, but you can use anything. Then you put it inside the — inside your little pillow and you kind of crunch it a bit before you go to sleep and smell it as you’re going to sleep. And lavender really does help with your dreams. There are other herbs that are used traditionally, but I think lavender smells the best. Like mugwort is used traditionally in the past as an herb to help with the dream state. But honestly smell mugwort, smell lavender — I like lavender.
Jennifer: Yeah, lavender. Denise: You can use essential oil of lavender. What I suggest is you take three drops in your hand and
you rub your hands together and then you just inhale. Inhale that lavender essence as you’re going to sleep and as you’re affirming that you remember your dreams.
Another thing you can do, especially if you’ve made that moon water or that star water, is
drink half a glass of water. And as you drink that half of a glass of water, say tonight I remember my dreams, tonight I remember my dreams. Some people will even make a bracelet or a necklace that they have programmed and dedicated to their dreams. And they will wear it just at nighttime. Those are some other things.
I’m big on pajamas. I am big on pajamas. I think your pajamas can make a difference in your
dream state. Maybe it’s just my excuse for having so many pajamas, but it something to — Jennifer: The Imelda Marcos of pajamas. Denise: Oh, my God. That’s right. That’s exactly me. It’s definitely the Marcos of pajamas. I do chose
my pajamas based on the kind of dreams that I’m desiring or wanting. Jennifer: Oh, neat. How cool.
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 11 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Denise: Sometimes I just want adventure. I’m thinking, you know, I’ve been processing a lot in my life. I don’t want to do processing, because dreams are a great place to process, to heal, to release, to have breakthroughs, but sometimes I just want adventures. So I wear kind of — I have leopard pajamas. All right, I want some adventure so I’ll wear leopard pajamas. You know, one thing isn’t going to do it, but when you layer all of these various methods and techniques, many of them from ancient times, on top of each other, then you begin to enter into that vast wondrous state of your dreams.
So now you’re programmed yourself, hopefully you have a journal next to you and a pen next
to your bed. And then fall asleep. If you can, don’t use an alarm clock. Wake up naturally. Now, you think like I have to have an alarm clock. Well, schedule yourself to wake up before your alarm clock, and if you can dream — I mean if you can schedule yourself to sleep in those 90 minute cycles, it’s a lot easier to remember your dreams. Does that make sense?
Jennifer: Yeah, yeah. So the alarm clock — I mean, I know that when I — I haven’t used an alarm clock
in years. When there is one, when I have to wake up to catch a plane or something, I don’t sleep.
Denise: Yeah. Jennifer: Because I’m anticipating the fricking alarm so I’m totally stressed out. Denise: I know I should sometimes, but I don’t. I don’t use alarm clocks, because I like waking up
naturally. And I know that some people are morning people, and I’m a morning person so I don’t have a problem waking up naturally in the morning. But you could also program yourself. You can kind of visualize the clock and tell yourself that you’re going to wake up at that time. And with a little practice, most people can do that. So you can have your alarm clock as a backup, but waking up naturally is much easier to remember your dreams.
Now there’s a secret that very few people know. It’s that you’re more likely to remember your
dream when you are in the position that you dreamed it. So if you move out of that position, the body position, if you move out of it —
Jennifer: Oh, I see. The physical body position. Denise: The physical body position, so if you cannot remember your dream when you wake up, start
slowly rolling into other positions. Very often this is enough to activate the dream. Jennifer: Wow. That’s so cool. Denise: Yeah, I know. Jennifer: That’s a very simple thing to do. Denise: Yeah, it’s very simple and easy and it just gets you kind of — it’s like oh, yeah. It comes back to
you. So then if you remember a dream, even if it’s just a fragment of it, you write it down. And sometimes you can do pictures. Often drawing those pictures is actually better than writing words, because words are more left‐brain linear. Pictures are more right‐brain. If you

want to kind of activate that right‐brain when you’re remembering your dreams so you can draw pictures, and even if you don’t remember anything, simply doodling, just making doodles, again, it’s activating the right‐brain so you often are more likely to remember.
Something else you can do is that half a glass of water you drank before you went to bed, you
drink the second half. Behavioral conditioned response, and that often works. If you inhaled lavender as you were going to sleep, sometimes just inhaling the lavender. As
you’re inhaling the lavender you’re saying to yourself, tonight I remember my dreams. It takes a little practice, but with very little practice — but with the intention, if you have that strong intention, I’m going to remember my dreams, then you’re more likely to.
Jennifer: So what’s the point of remembering our dreams? I mean, I’m pretty good at remembering
them and then I’m like, what the hell was that? Denise: Well, then the next step is once you’ve started to chronicle your dreams, you can begin to
interpret them. And there are so many methods to interpret your dreams, and whatever method you use as you work with them, and I suggest people try out a whole lot of different methods and find the one that works best for you. You can, for example, dreams of the future, if you — I had a dream that saved my life I think. And I’ve found so many people who have had prophetic dreams that really either saved their life or saved something really unfortunate. I had this dream — and have you ever had that, Jennifer, where you don’t remember it right when you wake up, but you remember it later?
Jennifer: Yeah, uh‐huh. Denise: So this was one of those. I was living in Hawaii and a friend called and said, “Hey, I’ve got this
new beach. Do you want to go to this new beach?” I said, “Sure, that sounds great.” And this new — it was a beach I’d never been at before. It was this really long jetty that went way out into the ocean. She said, “Let’s climb on that jetty and go all the way out to the end.” I said, “Yeah, that sounds great.” It was a perfectly calm day, so it took us forever to get to the end of the jetty. Now you think I would have remembered the dream before I got on the jetty, but I got to the end of the jetty, and all of a sudden I remembered the dream I had the night before where I was on a long jetty that looked exactly like the jetty I was on, and this huge single wave had come and it knocked me into the ocean and I could see myself going down and the water was getting darker and darker and darker until I didn’t exist. It was like, oh, my God. I had this dream; we’ve got to get off this jetty. She said, “It took us so long to get out here.” I said, “I know, but I had this dream. We’ve got to get off this jetty.” And I was so urgent and almost in a panic. We got to the shore, and we looked back, we were looking at the jetty and seemingly out of nowhere, this huge monster wave came and it washed over the jetty.
Jennifer: Oh, my God. Denise: So I’m like, thank you. Thank you so much for that dream. But when you dream of the future,
there’s a lot of reasons about dreaming from the future. Incidentally, a number of lottery — on a mundane level, a number of lottery winners said they got the numbers in a dream. Which is enough right there for people to want to —

Jennifer: It works for me. Denise: Yeah, start to jump into their dreams. Jennifer: I’m going to get my lavender. I’ll be right back. Denise: Because when you dream about the future, it actually prepares you for it. I dreamed about
the twin towers going down. And that dream — it was such a frightening dream that I didn’t get out of my pajamas. I jumped in the car. I drove to the top of the hill to just kind of put my arms to the heavens and said, “What was that? What was that all about?” And I’ve never done that before. It was a terrifying dream. And when I saw the visual images on television, it was just — it was my dream. And this is not uncommon. People had — you know, Titanic, all of the people who dreamed about the Titanic going down. Maybe you’ve heard that in history before it went down, the unsinkable ship. But it can prepare you for the future. It can allow you to be more in the right place at the right time. It also can give you information, like about which direction to go. Should I go this direction or that direction? Incidentally, maybe you’ve heard that expression, dream on it, when people are trying to make a decision.
Jennifer: Yeah, sure. Denise: That’s really good, because you think, I don’t know what to do; I don’t know what to do, and
then you dream on it and you wake up in the morning with an answer. You know, I know I’m talking so much, but I’m just —
Jennifer: No, it’s really great stuff. Keep talking. Denise: Okay. Einstein said every major discovery he made came from a dream. The theory of
relativity came from a dream. There are Nobel Prize winners that said, “My discovery came from a dream.” That’s a reason right there just to start dreaming. Okay, we got catapulted into the machine age by Elias Howe. Elias Howe was trying to figure out how can I sew fabric together. How can I sew fabric together with a machine? He couldn’t figure it out and he couldn’t figure it out. He fell asleep at his workbench thinking how can I sell fabric, how can I sell fabric? It was kind of like programming his dreams without consciously knowing what he was doing. And, Jennifer, he had this dream. There was this huge, huge big pot. Like huge, like cauldron. And he was inside the cauldron and there was a fire underneath it. And these natives had these sharp spears and they were poking him into this cauldron. And they were going back and forth and back and forth. And the spears had holes in them. And he woke up thinking, the spears had holes in them. The spears had holes in them. And all of a sudden he thought that’s it. You know, the needle with the hole in it.
So he — literally our entire society changed as a result of the sewing machine. It really was the
beginning of the industrial age, and it came from a dream. So — Jennifer: You talk in your book about Einstein as well. There’s one of my listeners who is also
mentioning Einstein did a lot of work in dreams.

Denise: Yeah, and like I said, he said the theory of relativity came from a dream. As I remember he was sliding — he was on a slide and he was going faster and faster and the stars were moving towards him at such great speed, and when he woke up in the morning, that’s it. Relativity.
Jennifer: We can access our own internal wisdom with this in our dream state. So is there something
specifically we can do to program ourselves to get a decision? Denise: You just go — you go to sleep. One of the things that I love is having a dream guide. And a
dream guide is someone who specifically works with you and your dreams. And you can get your dream guide in a journey. You could go on a meditation, what I call a soul journey to say, you know, is there anyone there in spirit who would like to work with me in my dreams? And there’s lots of beings that would be like, I’d love to. So before you go to sleep you can activate your dream shield. If you get really into it, you can put the salt around your bed. You can have your dream alter, and then call upon your dream guide. And, again, very traditional. Over and over again when I — because I’m an advocate of ancient cultures and native cultures in alignment with my own Native American heritage, I find that there’s so much wisdom when you look at what did native cultures do around the world? And usually there is wisdom there that we can use today. The idea of calling upon a dream guide is very traditional. So you just — and if you think, I don’t know. Just put it out there to the universe. Say, “I’m calling upon a dream guide. Someone who’d like to work with me in my dreams.” And then, again, you do all of the same things that you did before with programming your dreams, getting a journal there, getting ready to — I was talking about dream interpretation, wasn’t I. I didn’t go very far with it.
Jennifer: Yes, please. Denise: Well, one of the things — there’s so many different ways to interpret your dreams, but one of
the things I would like to mention, if you have no clue what it can mean and you’ve done free association, like for one person horse — the association with horse. Let’s say you dream about a horse. Horse can represent freedom. It can represent beauty. It can represent strength. But if you got thrown off a horse when you were a kid, it can represent danger. So you have to look and see what your associations are. Now in my book, Hidden Power of Dreams, I have a dream dictionary. There’s hundreds of dream dictionaries, and they don’t agree with each other. A dream dictionary is a great starting place, because as you look at the definition you can go, yeah, that works for me, or no it doesn’t. So it can be a starting place, but the first thing you do is associations. What’s your association for horse? Well, it’s danger. One tried to kick me off of it. Then you look and see what else is in your dream that you might need to be aware of danger. If that makes sense. If you’ve done the associations, another thing to do is the feeling. What was the emotional feeling of this dream, and then when was the last time you had that feeling? And often the very last time that you had the feeling, there is a connection to that.
Another thing you can do is imagine, oh, my gosh, nightmares. You can — there’s so much I
want to share. When we have nightmares, those are really important. People are like, “No, I don’t like nightmares.” Actually, the nightmare is trying to tell you something, and if you have a recurring nightmare, it’s really trying to get your attention. And what I suggest you do is when you have that nightmare as scary as it is, close your eyes and imagine you go back into it, and keep it going forward until it gets a positive outcome.
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 15 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Jennifer: Oh. Denise: By doing that you can activate qualities, talents, and abilities within you. You can overcome
fear. So you go back into it, even though it’s scary and if there’s somebody chasing you, you turn around. You face them. You fight with them, or you make friends with them. But that creates a positive, powerful energy within you, especially if you’re still in the middle of it. It’s a powerful technique for self‐transformation.
Jennifer: So you can do that even though you’re not in a dream state. You’ve woken up. You remember
your dream. You close your eyes. You go back into that dream state. Denise: Yeah, you go back into it and change it, or even if you don’t take it forward, you go back into it
and change it. Or even if you don’t take it forward, you go back into it. Change it. You know, that great big monster that was chasing you? You turn it into, I don’t know, silly putty. You’re free to do that.
Jennifer: I did that recently. I had a pretty nasty dream, and I wok up, and I’m like, “Oh, I’m not liking
the ending of that.” So I shut my eyes back again an said, how do I want to change it? That’s pretty cool.
Denise: It is so self‐empowering. That is one of the best techniques for overcoming inner‐blockages,
inner‐fears, inner‐limitations. It’s when you have a dream, and especially if it relates to one of your fears or limitations. You go back and you change it. That sends such a powerful, powerful message to the subconscious. And it’s free. All of these techniques are free. You’ve got it all free — the University of the Universe every night. You have Spirit communicating to you. You have people that have passed on from the other side that are giving you messages. You have angelic messages, and it’s free.
Jennifer: I want to talk about that. I want to talk about that, but I also want to just qualify this one thing
you said which is you said a whole lot, and there’s so much incredible value in what you’ve been saying, but the last time you had that feeling. That’s such a cool process, because you can figure out your own interpretation and your own meaning by just bringing yourself back to the last time you had that same feeling.
Denise: Absolutely. You know, our feelings have nuances of them. It’s not just fear. There’s fear with
scorn. Fear with resentment. There’s all of these — just like there’s not just seven colors. There’s enormous nuances of all different kinds of colors. So when you connect with that emotion, find out the nuances of that emotion and the last time you had that suddenly nuanced emotion. Almost always it will just pop up because your subconscious knows. And then all of the dots start to connect.
I really want to talk about astral travel too, so don’t let me forget. Jennifer: Okay. I want to make sure we talk about that, but I also want to talk about connecting with
your loved ones. You have a beautiful story about your client Sue and healing dreams. Can we talk about that a little bit?
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 16 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Denise: Oh, this is going to sound so weird, but I’ve written, I think, 17 books, so sometimes I forget what I’ve written.
Jennifer: I totally understand. Denise: Yes, but I do remember this was someone in my capacity as a healer I was called to work with
a woman, Sue. And when I went to see her in the hospital for the first time, she was 97 pounds. She had cancer. And her husband was so devoted to her. They had three — two or three, I can’t remember, a couple of young kids. And it was just such a sad situation. And I’m hoping I remember this right, because this was a while ago.
Jennifer: No worries. Denise: She was all emaciated. I would visit her in the hospital in the day, but I kept seeing — I had
this dream where she was inside a — there was a cliff by the ocean, which was beautiful, but there was this black house with no windows. And I knew she was inside, and I kept saying, in my dream. In my dreams. “Sue come out, come out, come out into the light. And I assumed that meant come into your healing, you know, be healed. And then I’d visit her and she’d be emaciated, but once again there would be this black house by this great, by this beautiful sparkling sea. And I say, Sue, come out. She kept saying, “I can’t come out. My husband.” So I assumed they had some issues they had to work with. So I’m saying maybe you should get some communication. And I’m getting them to communicate with each other thinking that when she’s talking about her husband there’s things that didn’t get resolved.
I think it was right before Christmas so there was a few days I wasn’t there, and evidentially
the nurse had come in and said, “You know what?” To the husband, “Can you just leave for a little while, I need to clean up the room.” And that night, and I didn’t know this because it was around the holidays, and when he left the room, she died. And that night, and I hadn’t known that she died. I had the same dream that I’d been having over and over again.
Incidentally, there’s things called night healers, and probably some of the people listening here
are night healers. I wished I had time to talk about night healing, but to tell you the end of the story, because right now there’s a need for night healers. There’s definitely a need for people willing and wanting to step up and offer themselves in the night to be of service to others. But I had this dream. And there was the black house was gone with no windows. And Sue was standing on the cliff by the sea looking so full. And I’d never known her like that, because I was only called in when she was in the hospital. And she was so full and so vibrant and so sparkling. And she said, “They think I’m dead, but I am so alive.” And all of that time I was saying, come out, come out. Basically the reason why she was still there was because her husband was holding her, because he would never leave her, so she didn’t want to leave with him there. And when he stepped out of the room, that’s when she died. But I loved what she said. “They think I’m dead, but I’ve never been so alive.” So I don’t know if I remembered the story exactly right, but —
Jennifer: No, that was it. And can we program ourselves to talk to some of our loved ones?
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 17 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Denise: Absolutely. It is one of the most profound ways we can use our dreams. We can, during our night hours, programming — to program. Incidentally, if anyone is interested in these techniques, my book is —
Jennifer: Yeah, it’s actually going to be part of our special offer tonight. Denise: Oh, great. Oh, perfect. Excellent. Jennifer: Yeah, they can get it tonight Denise: Originally it was called Pocket Full of Dreams, and then it got renamed Hidden Power of
Dreams. So I was like, okay. Hidden Power of Dreams. I’m so glad. So what you can do is as you’re going to sleep, you bring into your awareness that beloved one; that loved one. And you can say, “Do you have any message for me?” Or simply, I’d just like to see you tonight. I’d like to connect with you tonight. And you can get such profound loving messages. I’ve had so many people say that they went to sleep in such grief and such sadness for the loss of a loved one, and they woke up and sometimes they remember, and sometimes they just wake up feeling a sense of calmness. It’s almost like they met with that beloved in their night hours. And sometimes they remembered. Sometimes the beloved has even given them messages, like don’t forget the safety deposit box because there’s certificates there that have to be verified or something. Sometimes it’s just very mundane stuff. Oh, yes, thank you.
Jennifer: So programming our dreams. Is there anything that you want to share with us about that
before we move on to astral projection? Denise: Okay. There’s so many things you can program your dreams for. If you are an athlete, for
example, you can program your dreams to help you in your pursuit of whatever your goal is. And whatever it is in life that you want to step forward, excel, as you go to sleep, you’ll visualize and not just visualize, you feel — you feel as if you were that, you know, you’re breaking through the ribbon and you’re doing really well at running or whatever it is. Your public speaking, your being a lover, whatever it is that you want in life. You visualize it. You see it as if it were already happening right as you go to sleep, and then during the night hours, your inner self, your higher self, your guides, your angels, can work with you to develop that skill.
As I said with public speaking, you know, people have this great fear of public speaking yet
they can program themselves. Jennifer: Wow, this is really cool. It just feels like we got a whole new toolbox. I’m getting a lot of
people saying, “We need a part two with Denise.” So let’s talk a little bit about astral projection. We have a few minutes left. I know there’s not a lot, but I’ve often felt that astral projection is like, excuse me, Denise, so 1980s.
Denise: Here’s what I love about astral projection. There’s so much I love about it. And you’re right,
but the great thing is what we tend to, as human beings, we tend to identify with our bodies. And when our bodies start to age, it can effect our self‐esteem, our self‐awareness, and to the extent — and also we are spiritual beings here. It’s one thing to say that, we all say that. “Yes, we’re spiritual beings.” But boy when you’ve got arthritis and you’re limping around with
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 18 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
whatever, it doesn’t feel like it. So the great thing about astral travel is it beings to diminish your identification with me as body, self as body. And you begin to identify more with self as Spirit. And plus it’s fun. It’s great. Oh, here’s what I love. One of the many things I love about it is as you get that sense of freedom in your night hours, and as you learn how to program your dreams, and yes indeed, you can program yourself for astral travel.
As you get that sense of freedom in your night hours, it translates to an experience of freedom
in your waking hours. And that feeling that you are more than this life, this body, you are a part of an eternity, you are a part of Spirit, all of those qualities enhance your life so deeply and so profoundly. I’m a big advocate of astral travel. And incidentally, and most people have had this experience where you kind of jump in the middle of the night. Have you ever had that where you just kind of jolt? Bad landing. You’ve been out astral traveling. You’ve can astral travel, you just had a bad landing. There’s value in — and also, the astral body actually has a physicality. And I trained with a man named Robert Monroe, who was fabulous, now in Spirit, journeys out of the body. Some people may have heard of him, but there is a physicality. He talks about one example of going and pinching someone and the next morning they had a bruise. The astral body actually has a physicalness. It’s just exciting too. And you can meet up with loved ones. Someone that you love can be halfway around the world and you can still meet up with them astrally, which is great. My daughter and I, when I was traveling, used to stay in touch that way. We also used to dream share, so there’s just — okay, I’m just going to take a breath. Sorry for those of you who I’m talking too fast for. You talk. I’m going to breath.
Jennifer: You’re doing great. We’re taking it in. We’re taking it in. We’re a very advanced audience,
and we’re taking it in on multiple levels, so we’re feeling the energy of it as well. It’s really cool stuff. So tell us — can you give us a little astral projection lesson?
Denise: All right. To astral travel, as you fall asleep, visualize and imagine that you are sitting up. Let
your body stay there, but imagine — you can imagine — some people it works better to imagine they’re rolling out of their body. Some people it’s easier to imagine that they are sitting up. Some people just imagine they’re floating up out of the body. But you do it again and again and a really easy way to start with that is as your arm is down on your bed, just imagine that you’re lifting your arm and touching your nose. In the beginning it might be hard, because there’s my arm, but you imagine it over and over and over and over again. And that makes it easier to get the sense of separating from your body. Also, it’s really important if you’re astral traveling to activate that dream shield. You know, that shield that I mentioned about, because you want to get — you want to have psychologically that your body is safe while you’re out floating around and meeting with loved ones, et cetera.
I see that we’re coming up to the end, and I was hoping that I could do a tiny little mini
meditation if possible. Just a little one to kind of help people. Jennifer: Yeah, yeah. Let’s do it. We’re not live network television or network radio here. We can go
longer. Denise: Okay. I wanted to do this. This will help for those who’ve never consciously, although your
probably already doing it, astral travel. But this is a way that you can begin to experiment with that idea that I am so much more than my body. So if — can I do it now?
-
Jennifer McLean’s Healing With The Masters: Vol. 9 Page 19 of 31 Guest: Denise Linn May 8, 2012 Copyright 2012. All Rights Reserved. Jennifer McLean | Healing With The Masters
Jennifer: Yeah. Let’s do it. Let’s do it. Denise: Okay. So if everyone is willing to join me now by taking a very deep breath, and exhaling. And
allowing yourself to become very still and quiet. Traveling now into the future. Into that time when you are just about to go to sleep. Imagine your pillow, the sheets, the blankets, the feeling in the room. Imagine that above you and below you is a beautiful radiant dream shield. There might even be symbols on your shield creating a cocoon of safety, of strength and peace. As you can experience freedom in your night hours, so you can experience freedom in your day hours. Visualize and imagine now that you are floating up out of your body. Make it as real as you can. Floating up there might be a very beautiful luminescent cord between your astral body and your physical body. You know your physical body is safe. You have the ability to move through ceilings and walls and you find yourself moving and floating higher and higher. Higher and higher. Your body is safe. And your spirit is free to explore, to journey into vast inner and outer universes. You are safe.
You might notice other luminescent light bodies sharing this journey with you. Some you may
recognize. Some you only feel a depth of love and connection with. You are free. You are free to journey to experience even more deeply and more profoundly who you are, why you are here on the planet. A depth of love and connection with those in your life and those beyond. Slowly, gently, and easily now, find yourself floating back into your body. Knowing that more and more in the days and weeks ahead, powerful and profound shifts and changes occur for you in accordance with your highest good. More and more the dream masters need and teach you in your night hours. More and more your ability to become a night healer, to make a difference in the lives of others increases. More and more you know in the depth of your being that who you are is enough just as you are. Resting now in your body and moving this forward in time to when you wake up. Waking up visualizing sensing yourself waking up feeling so good, so strong, so well, knowing that who you are is enough. Knowing that you make a difference in the world and the planet. There is a reason that you’re here at this time. So be it, and so it is. There you go.
Jennifer: Wow. That was cool. God, I can’t believe how fast we went. That was really — Denise: I’m sorry I just talked your ear off. I just get so excited about this — Jennifer: Oh, my God. You don’t have to apologize by any stretch. We’ve had a blast. But I want to talk
about your special offer, and then I’m going to ask you one final question, so stick around folks, because I am going to ask a little bit more about night healing. But first I want to share with you Denise’s special offer. You can find it at:

And it’s really power packed. It’s really quite amazing. So all of the stuff that we didn’t get to, and you can tell there’s probably five or six more hours we could have with Denise, is here for you.
You’ve got item one is a 6 CD set called 33 Spirit Journeys. It’s an incredible vacation from
everyday tasks and occasional monotony in our lives. It gives you an awe‐inspiring series that allows you to experience 33 journeys into the miraculous. You’ll grow through them. You’re going to learn through them. You’re going to experience them as if they’re your own. And she’s going to show you how to lead a full peaceful and abundant life through these powerful journeys. It has calming music, relaxation techniques. You heard her beautiful soothing voice. I was just amazed. It was kind of like hypnosis almost. It took us right there. That’s available here. And every life enhancing spirit journey clears and harmonizes the mental, physical, and emotional bodies of your energy field. And just as she was saying, you’re going to just start feeling better. You’re just going to start feeling more freedom. You’re just going to start feeling more aware. You’re going to deepen your intuition and transcend these limiting thought patterns. You’re going to activate your ability to manifest everything you want in your life. That’s just item one.
Item two then is a 2 CD Set, Journeys Into Past Lives. She’s going to help you connect with
your past lives you lived and clear any weight that may have been carried over from those lives. You don’t even have to believe in them. You can just listen to the benefit of clearing the miraculous and healing energies on this powerful CD set. You have hidden talents that you may have pushed into your subconscious, and clearing these past lives through this powerful program allows you to open the potentiality of all that you are destined to be and embrace all of your gifts and breakdown all of those old things that may have been preventing you from moving fully into the expansion — the expanded version of your life. That’s item two.
Then item three is Complete Relaxation. Another 2 CD set that really allows you to connect
with Spirit. With Denise’s powerful healing energies and her beautiful voice. It really allows you to move past the distraction of life and move into absolute complete relaxation. I’m ordering this one. I need the complete relaxation. This sounds awesome. It changes everything about your being; your mind, your body, your soul, and allows you to experience a relaxed life.
And then there’s the Soul Coaching card set. This is a wonderful guide to your daily connection
to yourself. It feels to me it’s almost like a dream program, only in cards. What would you say about your oracle cards, Denise?
Denise: Well, I love my oracle cards. They are really positive, and the feedback that I’ve gotten is so
much more than I actually ever expected. So they can be — you can use one a day when you wake up in the morning. You just look at that one card, or there’s ways you can do oracle card readings for yourself. So I just — they’re very heart opening is probably the biggest thing that I hear from them, and very positive.
Jennifer: Heart opening. That’s feels true. That really feels true. It allows you to kind of hear your soul
a little bit better to really get in touch with your soul.

Then we’ve got a couple of books here for you. We’ve got the Hidden Power of Dreams that we’ve been talking about quite a bit tonight. Then we’ve got that wonderful Soul Coaching group – excuse me, Soul Coaching book. And that’s – is that the 28 day program?
Denise: Yeah. It’s easy. Anyone can do it. I mean, you can spend more time at it, but even people that
said, “I’m really busy. I don’t have the time.” And they’ve spent five to ten minutes a day have written to me and said, “Wow. I can’t believe that little time could have made that much that much results.” So I feel really proud of that program. And it’s done — and again, I shouldn’t be surprised, but I’m like really? You got all of that? I should just keep my mouth shut. I should go, “Yeah, yeah. Of course, of course you did.” Really, it works.
Jennifer: I love it. So again, that’s: specials.healingwiththemasters.com/denise And, again, you’ll get the 6 CD 33 Spirit Journey’s. Denise: Those Spirit Journey’s I have to say, they’re recently created, and they’re 10 minutes apiece, so
you get 330 minutes of deep inner journey’s — deep inner soul journeys. And they are — I better not say that, because I did it, but they are really good. The feedback has been phenomenal. So that’s such a good product. I’m really proud of it.
Jennifer: It feels like a really good product. I’m kind of feeling into all of these and they just sound and
feel really great. Past life stuff I’m really excited about. And then the Complete Relaxation, the Soul Cards — Oracle Cards, and then the soft cover book of the Hidden Power of Dreams, and the Soul Coaching soft cover book. And all of these are here on that at a very, very amazing discount. Some people are shaking their heads in the industry going, how do you do this? But we negotiate wonderful programs with Hay House and they — Hay House has worked with Denise and created these powerful products and have worked with us to offer them at this really fabulous price. So again, that’s:
specials.healingwiththemasters.com/denise And before I ask my final question, I want to do the phrase that pays. We do a phrase that
pays and Denise has — I’m so really happy. Thank you, Denise. She is going to give a 30 minute one‐on‐one session. So you get a 30 minute one‐on‐one session with this powerful woman. You could do one‐thousand‐million things in that 30 minutes, so it’s really huge. So the phrase that pays in order to enter the contest tonight is: Choose the meaning you give it. So, choose the meaning that you give your life circumstances. So the phrase that pays is: Choose the meaning you give it. And again, that is at:
healingwiththemasters.com/contest That’s where you enter. Choose the meaning you give it. So this has been the most amazing
call. I do want to find out a little bit more about this healing — dream healers. Can you tell us a little bit more about that to finish up tonight’s show?

Denise: You know, there are people who have incarnated here at this time to be dream healers. And dream healers — people listening who might be dream healers and not even consciously know they’re healing. If you wake up in the morning feeling really tired, it could be that you had too much to drink the night before, but sometimes it can be because you have come in dedication to offering yourself to be of service during the night hours. And even if you have not been doing this, you can do that. When you go to sleep, you can say, “Creator, God, Great Spirit” Whatever you call that universal being, say “I offer myself in dedication tonight. If there’s anyone in need, I offer myself to give service and support to them during my night hours.” And when you put that intention out with a pure heart, Spirit hears. And you might be — there might be someone halfway around the world that you are working with supporting. Maybe that young mother that thinks she just can’t go on, or someone who has physical problems and they’re just at that point of giving up, and you give them hope. You give them support. You might be consciously aware of what you’ve done, you might not, but to offer yourself to be a night healer is indeed a holy thing.
And I have a lot more to say, but we have so little time. So that’s the tip of the iceberg of
being a night healer. Jennifer: So if we’re feeling tired though is there a way that we can program it in that we will be
refreshed by this experience? Denise: You can. That’s where that shield really comes in. And the more that you can activate the
shield, and the way that you activate the shield is you really look at what symbols are important to you and you really visualize it very intently. You can also program — get a crystal that is your night healing crystal. You program it. You cleanse it. You can cleanse it in running water. You can cleanse it in salt, but make sure it’s really cleansed, that you hold it to your third eye and you dedicate it. “I dedicate you to night healing.” And so you have a crystal and you keep it wrapped in black silk. You open it up at night so it’s closed all during the day so it’s not absorbing anything. And you open it up at night and that’s your night healing crystal. You keep it next to your bed. But with that night healing crystal and with the dream shield, it’s strong. So that way it is keeping your physical energy intact while you go out and you support people.
Jennifer: Beautiful. Denise, this has just been the most delightful show. Gosh, thank you so much.
