HWBOT Confirms Partners for HWBOT World Tour Asia Pacific, Indonesia Primary Partner Intel Joined by ASUS, BIOSTAR, GIGABYTE and MSI, plus Corsair, Phillips, Seasonic and Streacom
August 30th, 2016, Taipei, Taiwan HWBOT, an organization regulating international Overclocking competitions and rankings today announces Intel as primary partners for the Asia Pacific leg of the HWBOT World Tour which will be held in conjunction with JagatReview at the Yogyakomtek event in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Overclockers will compete on Intel Core i5 6600K processors for the duration of the event which is supported by Intel. Primary partner Intel is joined by motherboard partners ASUS, BIOSTAR,

GIGABYTE and MSI, with power supplies from Seasonic, memory from Corsair, displays from Phillips and Open Benchtables from Streacom. “Once again we are fortunate to have the help and support of some of the industry’s most respected hardware manufacturers for the HWBOT World Tour stop in Indonesia,” commented PieterJan Plaisier, Director at HWBOT. “We are excited to join with JagatReview and integrate the influential Amateur Overclocking Contest (AOCT) into the HWBOT World Tour schedule, an undeniable source of Indonesian overclocking talent.”
HWBOT World Tour 2016: Asia Pacific September 3rd to 7th 2016 The final leg of the HWBOT World Tour 2016 lands in Yogyakarta, Indonesia for five days of seriously competitive amateur and extreme overclocking. The event will be split into two sections. First we will have the AOCT (Amateur Overclocking Tournament) which will be hosted and organised by JagatReview from September 3rd to 5th. This will be followed by the HWBOT World Series on September 6th and 7th which will see extreme, subzero overclocking from the country's top overclockers.
AOCT (Amateur Overclocking Tournament) 2016 Organised by local overclocking syndicate JagatReview AOCT 2014 (Amateur Overclocking Tournament) competition is an Indonesianonly overclocking tournament organized by the team of JagatReview.com. JagatReview is an active force in the world of overclocking, delivering yearoveryear participants contending for the top positions in global contests. The annual AOCT is one of the world’s largest amateur live overclocking tournaments. The AOCT event will span three days and include auditions and workshops followed by qualifying rounds and the final. Here’s the schedule in full:

Note, all amateur contestants will compete using motherboards from each vendor. Overclockers will have to prove that they have the skills needed to overclock Intel Sixth Generation Core i5 processors on Z170 motherboards from ASUS, BIOSTAR, GIGABYTE, MSI.
